I am OBSESSED with this place, I have spent $300 there within the last week!! I dont know what I would do without it lol... I have to agree that SOME of the older women that work here are not very friendly at times, they always seem just entirely to busy to help you. I have recently taking up the hobby of making boutique hairbows and i get soo much stuff there...its a WONDERFUL place to shop for weddings and baby showers, i have planned both and Hobby Lobby came in VERYY handy! and my house is decorated with almost everything from hobby lobby, I collect crosses and this place has sooo many, and they are always having sales...50% off sales ALL the time...I got 20 rolls of ribbon there for $40 and it should have cost me $80.... Hobby Lobby is my most favorite store, and this one inparticular is a great one to visit :)

Fall Out

High prices on paints, brushes, and canvas in comparison with other stores. This store is way too large and I found numerous isles in differing areas of the store that focus on acrylic paints. This means you have to scour the entire store to make sure you are getting the best product for your project. I rather shop online if that is my only in person choice but other stores dont so this. This is just not a good place for artist, especially ones starting out. I found it good to window shop only for ideas. Not a good value. Perfect for those desiring to throw away money and for those who are not artistically inclined wanting to buy art at high prices. Did I mention high prices?

If I could posy less then a 1 I would. I was basically called a liar because when I came last week from this store I arrive at home to find that a few items where not with me I call talk to a manager about my stuff left behind and she said she would review the cameras and call me back. At 7 mins later she called me back and informed me that a bag had definitely been left behind but according to the video only 2 items where left behind but to bring the receipt and they would look at it she took a look and told me she only sees 2 items on the ticket. I was then called a liar

Me and my girlfriend were followed by staff to the point of us leaving. We were clean cut, normal shoppers, she was wearing a Metallica shirt and has tattoos,so I guess that means she is stealing. Staff was Very Rude, when we told management about the staff following us until we were uncomfortable he told us if we were not doing anything we had nothing to worry about. so, we left. if you have tattoos or wear rock tshirts dont go to hobby lobby off Cooper & 20

This location is great at keeping everything in stock that I need. However, the past 4 times Ive been there are random woman in the parking lot approaching people asking for money. It makes me uncomfortable to the point of never going back. Nobody feels safe when someone is approaching them and telling them to roll their window down. I spoke to manager and was told they get this complaint often. Maybe they need to hire security instead of losing customers.

From the very few times I remember coming here, it was a decent experience. The staff was friendly and courteous when it came to me asking them for help. Im not one for arts and crafts, but I was referred to this place from a friend. I happen to be looking for a TV stand at the time at an affordable price. I ended up settling on one that I found here. The build quality was kind of cheap but its still holding up my 65 inch TV now so thats nice I guess.

The customer service at this store is horrible. The younger ladies are very helpful, however the older ladies have horrible customer service skills and these ladies go out of their way to "not" make eye contact so they dont have to help you. I will admit this store has great items, great sales, but do not count on getting any customer service there!

Has most stuff, and at a great price. Bought a bunch of standard frames for my wedding recently. The only thing that they dont have, 20x30 frames, which are the same aspect ratio from a dslr with out cropping. So yeah, make those non standard size frame because theyre so cheap to print at Costco.

The store itself is great, always has a great supply of crafts. I gave it 1 star because the staff is always rude and never helpful. Trying to find a specific item without being there for hours is always a chore. If there was another store that had the items that I needed I wouldnt go here at all.

Shelf life of alot of the craft product kits are exceeded then when expectations not meet you are informed that you need to take it up with the manufacturer. Be very careful what you purchase and expect very low quality despite what the price tag reads.

My mom and I shopped here the other day and the customer service was really bad. No one was around to help. We ended up buying some decorations for my apartment and they fell apart. They let me return it and get a full discount.

I really enjoyed my visit! It was my first time there! I would have given them 5 stars but the items I wanted to purchase was damaged and they wanted me to come back when their truck brings more in 3 days!

Great craft store but they carry much more. I can spend hours inside without even noticing. They have so much home decor and so many holiday specific items. They usually always have some sort of sale

My favorite place to shop for gifts & seasonal items, scrapbooking supplies etc. They always have great sales. Great place to get pictures framed too.
