I was just in you store for about 45min, never found anyone to help me in the frame department. At one point I saw an employee carrying her vest zip by, look at me and disappeared. I then stood in one place for 5 min just outside the isle I needed help in and never saw a single employee. I put my selections away and left. I prefer to shop at Michaels over your competitor for reasons, but I may have to go to your competitor to find the help I need.

Michaels is a fabulous store that, once you go in, you will loose yourself in. For anyone that is even slightly crafty this shop is like "Crafty Heaven". Staff there is always willing to help and very knowledgeable about their products. You really feel welcome here!

I enjoy Michaels and love the product selection. They have all five registers going because of the sales. The line was not too long of a wait. The teacher discount is so helpful to be able to get things for the classroom-especially the storage!

The Gummi bears normal package was almost 4 bucks. They are a dollar at the dollar store and five below. Only buy when things are on sale but they have a wonderful selection of arts and crafts.
