I would not advise anyone to shop here. If I could rate this company less then a one I would. My experience with the associate Dee and the manager Laura was the worst experience I have every seen in a store. First the associate Dee was very rude and did not seem very fond of African americans and would not honor the price as stated online when I had just visit a few days before buying the same curtains with no issues. She argued with me for almost 20 minutes on the price of the curtains when I clearly had a ad stating the price and just purchased the exact same ones a few days before. so I asked for a manager and Laura came to assist her and said she would do what it takes to assist which she did not honor. The manager Laura went to the back to see if they had more of the curtains I needed, while the associate Dee was attempting to cut the size I needed. Dee tells me after arguing with me for 20 minutes she did not have enough curtains for the size I needed. The manager comes back from the back of the store and tells me they do not have the curtains I wanted. They did not bother to honor the price nor did they even attempt to sale me a similar pair for the same cost.The manager Laura basically told me oh well we do not have enough of the curtains you like and we are not honoring the price online. I truly feel they do not care about customer service for the blacks.

I used to love this store. However my last several experiences with this location have been upsetting....cutting counter associates are rude...my trip yesterday I had my toddler with me. He was very well behaved and I work hard to keep him entertained while there..I had him on my shoulders to keep him happy and out of things...when cutting a piece of fabric one had a wet spot...it was sitting in the bottom of my cart..my cutter had the audacity to insinuate that my childs diaper had leaked on the fabric...Hello! I am a great mom but not so great as to have my son on my shoulders if his diaper were wet and leaking...when I told her no..and insisted she cut it off she intensified her rudeness and acted as if it were an unreasonable request and I should take the soiled fabric because it was my fault somehow it was wet...I checked the Cart after, the bottom was wet and sticky. ..my son had never been in the back of the cart...if I go in there without my child people are pretty nice. ..but if my son is with me, service stinks...I keep going back because I have been a customer since before joanns bought out cloth world...and it I a the cleanest store in my area..however I hate going there now..

Throughout DFW, you can expect a wait exceptionally long to be serviced at the cutting counter and long wait lines. However, the Frisco location is absolutely absurd when it comes to the lengths of time one must wait in line. Today, I waited approximately 42 minutes to have my fabric cut and approximately 17 minutes in line waiting to check out. While the women working the cutting counter were friendly, one could surmount how discouraged they must feeling looking out to ever growing line and a disgustingly disorganized shop. When I made it home and began to work with fabric, it came to my attention that the fabric cut was cut so poorly by the staff that it is off by almost an inch. There is only one person responsible for this, the store manager. This person should be embarrassed.

Cashier only gave me back 8 cents and forgot my dollar and reciept. When I confronted her, of course she did not admitt it. She nearly got into my face and verbally escorted me out. Crazeeee Cat** the cashier will keep me from coming back. Go to hobby lobby where everybody is nice and sane or go to a different Joann where you can actually get help. Hopefully I will be able to see the camera and get some justice.

I Love Jo-Anns. Most of their staff is very friendly and helpful. But the new policy on coupon is awful. They give you a coupon for 50% off but, everything is on sale. Another that is $5. off $30. but this and that doesnt count. And that also depends on who checks you out.

Nice selection of fabric and discounted. Friendly staff and very helpful in giving swatch samples. It gets very busy on weekends and cut line becomes long, so weekdays is much better to go and early.....to have more staff help and avoid the weekend rush.

An outside company was doing inventory during my visit and the stock was in disarray. Even store employees werent sure of location or price on favric stock. Their stock was also rather lean at my last visit.

Good selection and rarely out-of-stock. Help is typically available on the floor and proves to be knowledgeable. Recommend registering via web or at the store for flyers as they come with special coupons.
