Es una de mis tiendas favoritas. Suelo hacer manualudades de todo tipo y aqui en la tiendo consigo todo y mucho mas de lo que puedo imaginar su utilidad. Realmente es una tienda muy especializada. Invito a todos a visitarla y no querran salir de alli.

They carry a huge range and selection of craft and sewing supplies of fairly decent quality, and the prices are pretty good. It is probably too big a space, so it sometimes feels like they bring in more tacky decor stuff to make it seem like the store is filled with merchandise. I agree the customer service is often half-hearted, but Ive observed more rude and obnoxious behavior on the part of customers than employees when I shop there. It is probably a hellish place to work so I try to take that into consideration.

I havent been to this Joanns in a while so Im shocked to hear they got rid of the second floor. It was huge, I cant imagine them cramming the second floor in with the first. Otherwise, Ive always loved this store. Its bigger than most around me so I can find a lot more stuff, especially decorations and have never had a problem with customer service. Then again, when I go into a store, I dont like sales people bothering me. Just let me shop. Ill find you if I need you.

This is my Store!!! The Sales People treat their regular Customers like FAMILY!!! My Service Dog (RICK PERRY) & I love this JoAnns! We are there often and purchase your High Dollar Designer Fabrics!!! Once I create an awesome Master Piece with your Fabric....It becomes a STEAL.....compared to prices of Beautiful Designer Garments in the High End Stores, today! I love JoAnns on Preston & Forest Lane!

The cutting table has a number system. I got a number as I always do. Looked at the thread - came back to the cutting table to find a LONG line and the lady wasnt calling numbers. I would have been 1st in line .. if I knew there was a line. So being pressed for time, I had to leave with the items that I needed. Very very upset that the rules/process in place were not followed!!

Ive been to this Joanns twice in the past month. Both times I had to ask where to find what I was shopping for. And I found helpful employees right away. It does feel different now without the second floor, but it is not crammed, theres plenty of room, and they have everything that I needed. Good prices, good selection. I was there during the day on a weekday.

This is a great Joanns and it has an amazing selection of fabrics, beads, and everything I need. The employees are very kind, and not rude at all. Ive shop here mostly for renissance costumes, and havent had any trouble finding what I need. They also have amazing coupons. (Make sure to sign up for them all!)

Terrible store, poor management and never consistance. Dirty fabric kept on the floor and resold to customers. The fabric received from companies are of poor quality and not the best. Also, since the 2nd floor, is no longer in existence, the store is very unorganized.

Horrible service, had came in today and the fabric cutter Krystal was so rude nobody in the store was in a good mood at all. If you dont want to work there find somewhere else to work. Dont treat your customers like crap just because you hate your job.

A laughably BAD experience......Fabric cutter was disgusted by my mere presence...the one that actually offered to help smelled like smoke so bad I almost puked ( seriously)....wear your bathing suit as temp was well over 80 degrees....Thanks Jo Ann !

One of the larger Joanns I have ever been to, seemed to be very well-stocked and there were a lot of deals. Also there was actually service inside so you could download the app and get more coupons. The employees were helpful and nice as well.

I dont live or work in Dallas at this time. But whenever I am in the neighborhood, I STOP at this location. It is HUGE and it will have the craft items you need. Love this store.

This Joanns is 2 stories and full of great stuff! On Tuesdays there is a guy who will sharpen your knives or scissors for about $4 a knife. I like their yarn selection. :)

Store does not answer their phone when they open. I always get a busy signal until about an hour after theyre open. Not so at the Mockingbird store. What gives???

Always a good stop, always a sale. Use the app for daily coupons. Never pay full price here. Helpful and friendly staff. Great selections. Sooo much fabric.

If you cannot avoid going to this store, bring a steady stock of patience for the poor customer service and time because theres no sense of urgency there.

The staff was kind and knowledgeable enough but the stock was small and I couldnt find a simple weave in a neutral color to upholster my couch.
