Well, the manager at hobby lobby in Burleson, Tx. basically just accused me of stealing. I bought 3 items earlier today and only made it home with 1. 2 were small bags of jump rings totaling $3.98 total. I called and they couldnt find them by the register to just come in and theyd look it up for me and get it taken care of. So, I went in and the manager took my receipt and went to the back of the store. The cashier tells me to go ahead and grab 2 more and anything else I need. After I finished shopping I headed back to the front to get it taken care of. The manager then tells me he checked his cameras and he saw the cashier put them in the bag and me take the bag. Then it took me 6 minutes to leave the store with the bag. Seriously? He timed how long it took me to walk out. I was waiting for my mom to check out. As if thats any of his business anyway. I dont have the jump rings. They didnt end up at home in my bag and are not in my car. He acted like I was lying and trying to get more for free over $4. I shop there ALL THE TIME. My family shops there all the time. I have never stolen a damn thing in my life. I am an honest person and being treated that way is unacceptable. I will be taking the other item i bought back and will happily purchase from Amazon or Joanns. So, moral of the story, hobby lobby has the worst customer service. Id rank it below Walmart and thats pretty pathetic. This is a great way to alienate loyal customers.

Every time my wife or I go we have a terrible experience with the employees there. Especially a manager with a last name of Sutherland or something near that name. Extremely rude and will wave his hand of at you to blow you off and walk away. What an amazing way to show how much you value your customers...by hiring a manager who has no morals or respect.

Im never one to write a bad review but I hate this hobby lobby with all my heart...If you expect to get treated like a decent person perhaps try walmart or any other fabric store. The ladies here are just jerks for no reason, it takes forever to get simple things done and will leave you in a sour mood for the rest of you day. Try and avoid it!

great selection of goods. organized neatly by category which makes it easier, which means you can find the same products in several locations. I do not like that it closes at 8PM. (this is really early for a business to close in my opinion. I have gone by there between 8 and 9pm several times only to discover they are closed.

The store is a disorganized mess every time I go in there. You will spend half an hour looking for an item or someone to help you, which seem few and far between. Prices are steep too, the only benefit to going there as opposed to buying what you need online is you would get it right away.

You can tell alot about a place by the people they hire!!!!!! The employee named megan (blond, and is very fat) likes to take american flags and stomp on them. She does not represent what the owner of that store strives for. She should be fired for her actions, which are on video

I love this place and Im not ashamed to admit it. Ok maybe a little, but so what!! When you work with children as I do, some of the things that this place has can capture you and I spend hours on one aisle. The store is always clean and employees are very helpful and nice

Always neat and clean, Hobby Lobby keeps up to date with current trends of crafting, but keeps plenty of basics and kits so there is always "something to do" available. Our favorite hobby store, we always go here first to find the craft supplies and decorations we want!

LOVE HOBBY LOBBY, I have been to the one on Hulen St. in Fort Worth and it seems they have a better stock of items that are in the weekly add. This Hobby Lobby runs out of items FAST and then they do not have them for the rest of the week.

Cant believe you have to register to just search their website. Wont be shopping at any stores that song arm you into getting on their email lists. Bad move Hobby Lobby, lost a customer before he had a chance to walk in the store.

Excellent variety in different categories, helpful staff and always good to check on what they have on discount. Bought a nice 80% leather NKJ Old&New testament Bible for $12. Had backup cashiers when needed.

Had a severe allergic reaction to all the fragranced products they have in the store, even wearing my filter mask. The place has poor ventilation. Their yarn all reeks of chemical fragrance.
