I love hobby lobby as a company I always find all kinds of things there! unfortunately I had a terrible experience with the employees so I wont be returning to the fargo hobby lobby any time soon. After I purchased some Easter candy the other day (big sale on Easter candy cant beat it) , I was walking to my car when 3 female employees Sprinted up to my car and accused me or steeling!! They TOLD (didnt ask) me to come back in the store so they could look through my bag and purse!! I was outraged and SO embarrassed as it was a nice day and a lot of people were in the parking lot so they all were watching. I opened up my purse and bag right in the parking lot and told them I havent stolen anything. they all 3 peered into my purse and looked at each other with dumb faces before turning and walking back into the store without so much as an apology! I yelled back at them " oh no need to apologize or anything!" and they just looked back and kept walking. I understand that theft does happen and for some reason or another they thought I was taking things, but jeez, they should be sure before accusing customers like that and then not even an "Im sorry" or anything was absolutely crazy to me, and one of them was management! ok rant over :)

Went to my once favorite store in fargo. I went with a friend and Coworker to get some beading supplies for our project. We were there for a good hour, and as we are shopping, an employee follows us around the store. When we are looking at the clearance isle she takes another customer to the same section we just left, while satin loud enough for me to hear, "I can take you there, or they can, theyve been there a long time with a backpack." I have had a shoulder injury for nearly 10 yeara, so I carry a backpack to ease the stress of a purse on my back. This young employee not only accused me of stealing, she profiled me as a thief for carrying a backpack. She then proceeds to lie to me about telling her manager when I confront her on her perusing and verbal harassment. She then proceeds to call me a lying thief among other words I cant say on here. The manager did NOTHING. As a GM at a local restaurant, I would have to fire someone if this happened in my store. Corporate will find out about this atrocity. This is unacceptable behavior from a Christian company.

I love Hobby Lobbys EXTREMELY wide range of product. They have a significant amount of product for every varied crafter. Scrapbooking, sewing, knitting/crochet, quilting, painting, photography, wood work, ceramics, baking, jewelry, candles, baskets, flowers, holiday decor, home decor, etc. I personally shop there the most for quilting, knitting, and home decor. I have had several friends order silk flowers from them for their weddings, and were very happy that they did. Not to mention they are a Christian company, and I am glad to give them my business over other crafting stores. They are closed on Sundays (a Christian observation) so plan accordingly!

Was inside grabbing items I needed was confronted my an ignorant employee Brenda stocking shelves who proceeded to try to kick me out of the establishment for having the hilt of my totally legal to carry knife showing I was their for makings of a lanyard for said knife I calmly explained ND century code and legality and walked away the rest of our stay in the store was filled by pointing whispering and a close watch by employees most uncomfortable experience of my life I was so discussed I put my items down and walked out empty handed experience was so bad this is my first review or any establishment ever

On my most recent visit, a couple small items I purchased got left at the store accidentally. When I called the following day I was please to hear that the items had been held for me, but since I live in Canada I was unable to go back to pick them up. I was transferred to the manager who promptly offered to mail them to me. The items were worth under $10, but I am pleased to say that I received them by mail shortly afterwards. All staff I spoke with were pleasant and I appreciate the good costumer service. Thanks

Love this store. There at least once a week. Beautiful stuff. Fun and gorgeous seasonal decor. With all the things in that store that can drop glitter/ dust, or fabric strands it could use a floor dusting at least once in morning and early evening just to keep it tidy. Great store overall! I call it my "happy place"

Love this store!! Has anything I could need with any project!! One of the few downsides though I feel personally, as I go there to get gel pens all the time and I have seemed to find different ones scattered through out the whole store.

Good sales. The 40% off coupon they always have is great. Still my go to place for craft supplies. Fabric section seems to have dwindled though. If youre looking for fleece or flannel Wal-Mart has a better selection than they do.

I was really unimpressed by the cashier Dana. Didnt greet me... didnt ask how I was... The first thing out of her mouth was "That isnt on sale", didnt tell me to have a good day or anything. Talk about rude.

Beautiful home decor, could be a little cheaper but they have really good sales here and there. I like supporting a business that is closed Sunday so the employees can all go to church.

They always have coupons, and even if you dont carry a coupon with you, they will usually scan it any way to take money off your largest item. Never have had an issue at Hobby Lobby.
