DO NOT EVER BUY A SEWING MACHINE FROM JO-ANNS FABRIC. I purchased a SINGER sewing machine from Jo-Anns Fabric in Fargo, ND that did not work and they would not let me return it! I never got to sew with it once and now Im stuck with a $200 sewing machine that doesnt work. They say they do not except returns on sewing machines unless they are unopened which they did NOT tell me when I purchased the product and it DID NOT state it on my receipt. Very disappointed and will never shop there again.

A year ago this was my favorite place to shop for yarn, I always found what I needed at the right price. However, with the new trends of arm knitting and making mediocre projects from overpriced materials I leave the store with nothing half the time. If they currently carry something you will be using a lot of in a project or a specialty name brand yarn, buy lots!!! It will probably be gone next time you need more.

wonderful store, but I had an awful experience with one of the employees. They closed the fabric cutting area early tonight and as I quickly gathered fabric to get cut as there were others in line- she sent me away and was extremely rude! I also heard another customer as they were leaving state that they were treated rudely as well. I wont be visiting the Fargo location again!

Last place I go and only in a time pinch. Newer staff is usually nice, but too many times I have been spoken to rudely and insulted. Dont assume Im a novice sewer. And I shouldnt have to ask if they rung something up or please bag this item. Pay attention and please use courtesy and manors.

This store carries high-quality items and has very nice employees. However, differences in pricing between website and store can be significant, with in-store specials vs online prices it gets very confusing. Thankfully they matched web prices for me.

Very nice store. Friendly workers, clean and organized. Great selection. They have a very organized fabric- cutting station where you take the net number and are called in numerical order. Overall I like this store a lot!

I do many crafts, from papercrafts to sewing, and theyve got it all. Their coupons are GREAT!! I purchased around $700 worth of fabric pre-cuts and I saved around $500.

Good place to go for fabric when using their coupons. Somewhat limited in the crests department. I would not buy anything full price there, as it can be expensive.
