Much smaller than an average Michaels. The whole store makes you feel very claustrophobic because two people can barely walk around each other. High ticket items like Cricut machines are not always in stock. It would be better to call ahead before bothering to make the trip. Most of my interactions with the staff have been less than stellar. You can tell that many of the young people hired do not craft themselves so they dont understand what you are looking for.

I was just there (November 8) and they had a really terrific selection of holiday ribbons; ideal for wreaths, bow-making, etc. The quality of large ribbons in particular were much nicer than last years -they "look" expensive, but arent! Of course most everything was on 50% off, too! Overall, I didnt see as much Christmas-related merchandise as I have seen in the past, but it is still worth a trip in.

Its a smaller Michaels with not quite as much selection as some of the other locations I have been to previously but still its great! Take the time to sign up for their Rewards program. Its definitely worth it for the savings in coupons. I plan on taking one of the classes they offer in the near future.

The employees are friendly and helpful to me whenever I shop there but the lady manager was very rude to me and treated me like I was stupid and insignificant. She must have been having a bad day but its no reason to YELL at a CUSTOMER for asking what the stores zip code was. She should not be a manager.

The staff is nice, the store is clean but some items are seriously over priced I went to get a sharper pain marker and bought it for about 5 bucks(including taxes), went to Wal-Mart (I know everything in Wal-Mart is cheaper) but 2.50$ is for the same pen is a big jump

Always bring a coupon or purchase items specifically on sale, otherwise most items are ridiculously overpriced. Only one stall working in the ladies room on multiple visits. At least one good thing is that they have a large selection of scrapbook stickers.

This is arguably the best Michaels in the Dallas area. I just received phenomenal customer service from everyone in this store. I am super grateful for the help and advice I received from Brooke in the framing department! Thank youuuuu

They dont always have what Im looking for but they can get it. The staff is more friendly than other craft shops nearby. And they have suggestions on new ideas for projects because many of them use the products too.

Small for a Michaels with less selection but almost always a good deal to be found. Use their app and get coupons daily. Never pay full price. Plenty of craft ideas around the store.
