Called the West Fargo Michaels on Friday January 3rd to sign up for the 6-8pm class. I tried signing up online but was instructed to call the store if within 24 hours of the class to sign up and verify if spots were still available, so that is what I did. Talked to a lady who took all of our information then requested $25.00. I didnt have my purse at my desk so I told her that I would call right back, which is what I did. She asked if she could put me on hold, which she did. The phone was set down and according to my clock on my phone I sat for over 8 minutes before I hung up and called back. Lady stated that she is really busy and the only one up front, can she put me on hold again? I said no, I also am at work can we just pay tonight. she stated that would be fine. We show up for the class and sit in the room until 6:15 before I walk out and ask what was going on since no one has shown up to teach the class. After talking to two girls a call to the manager and a call to "Ashley" the person who apparently teaches the class I was told that since nobody was signed up 48 hours in advance she didnt think anyone was coming. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Beyond annoyed at this point. I then was asked if I wanted to reschedule. No anything. No apology, no nothing except do you want to reschedule. I paid a babysitter to sit at my house so I could sit in a room at Michaels for a class that the instructor doesnt show up for. If I could give no stars I would. Your organizational skills as well as customer service should be embarrassing to you.

I get always so lost in the amount of craft supplies they have in all different varieties! They usually always have a 40%-50% coupons on one item, or a % off the entire purchase. Also, if youre a teacher, and you have your ID... show them at the checkout and youll get 15% off your entire purchase including sale items!

All your crafting needs and wants and dreams are here! Staff has always been helpful and kind. One employee helped bring items to my vehicle when I had my daughter with and bought more than I probably should have, but was greatly appreciated for the offer and help!

An awesome place for hobby needs and decorational materials. It has slightly less selection than another hobby store in town, but it is open on Sundays so that is why I rated it the same. Sometimes you cant make it on any other day than Sunday.

I feel like everytime I check out here it takes FOREVER. Ive wasted an hour of my time multiple times in line at this store during when you think it would be slow. The selection is OK but not the best compared to Hobby Lobby.

Michaels has everything you need for your arts and crafts projects. They also have so much inventory for stuff you did not even know you wanted to get started in. Fun store to aisle shop for a few hours to find inspiration.
