Other than the parking lot sometimes being a madhouse due to this locations close proximity to other popular shopping spots, this is as good a Michaels location as Ive seen. Definitely the first Ive seen with a lower level floor and an escalator. Staff is friendly here, as expected. As far as inventory, if youve been to one Michaels, youve been to them all I think. It would be cool if each location had a little freedom in the products they carry but I cant really fault them for this. Ive been here several times and Ill be back again. I like that they have discounts (usually 40-50% off a product at regular price) available on RetailMeNot and other similar apps.

We walked in at 8:42 pm for a white board for my daughter - super quick trip with every intention of being in and out in plenty of time before the 9 pm closing. WILL greeted us with "Hi - uh - we close at 9. Thats about 15 minutes from now." Then proceeded to the front of the store where he AGAIN announced over the loud speaker that the store was closing in 15 minutes. Had Will put half as much effort into pointing us toward the white boards as he did into getting us out of the store, we might have been out by 9:45 instead of 9:47. (Insert dramatic eye roll here). Needless to say, Ill be shopping at the Jo Annes from now on.

I love me some craft/hobby stores. I visited this location because the one I usually shop was out of the supplies I was looking for. Homecoming Mum season was the occasion and they had a disappointing selection. It was very small and only stocked a few schools. My local Michaels had a huge selection. I cant judge the store based on Mum season though! Everything else about them is great. A great location thats easy to find and access. Its clean, well maintained and staffed with friendly, helpful employees. Highly recommend!

The store good, employees are friendly and things are always clean and in the correct place. The store is a bit akward being 2 stories the bottom looks like a dark Scarry place where you might get murdered but ya gotta work with what you got. They have a great selection and decent prices when things are on sale BE SURE YOU ALWAYS USE A 40% OFF COUPON ONLINE WHEN YOU ARE CHECKING OUT. It will save you tons of money!

Best Michaels in the area! Make sure you park upstairs in front parking lot next to the grocery store, the downstairs isnt a working door (they took over an old book store, Borders I believe). Im not very crafty and staff was super helpful in guiding me to the materials I needed and even back upstairs with the frames. Oh yeah! Its very big with a whole down stairs area! Registers did not take NFC.

Staff was super helpful, they just did not have what I needed
