I dont know if I came in at a wrong time or wrong day, but they were so rude. I was wondering around the fabric section for about 15min looking for a specific pattern and no one even asked me if I needed help. So I went to the front to ask. As soon as I asked if they had white bandana print some other lady rudely interrupted and said "WHAT!" I dont even know why she was yelling or who she was!!? Then she continued and said "No we dont have that!" She didnt even bother looking or even trying to show me something similar to it. Im guessing she was the manager. Still no way to treat a customer. And white bandanna isnt even uncommon? They had red, blue, and all these other random ass colors except white?

I make quilts for a living and I am in and out of fabric stores constantly and this store is visually one of the nicest around here but the staff tends to act like you are a bother and are more worried about being in charge and making you feel inapt than true customer service. Also every time Im here the bathrooms smell and have long time built up dirt. Very surprising compared to the brightness of the rest of the store.

Great experience! Called beforehand about some crates as they were having a spend 50, save 20 sale. They pulled the crates for me and them ready! I bought five at 9.99 each and then a couple other small items to make it over 50.00. Great service and experience!

They are big enough to have everything and small enough to be personable. Have no idea where the reviewer complaining about ammonia went; this place was very clean, and well organized to boost.
