I needed a specific discontinued fabric to replace my sons security blanket which had a hole in it. None of the stores in my area had any so I called this store so that a relative could pick it up for me. The staff was super accomodating on the phone (especially considering I was calling from 4 states away) and took the time to really look for the fabric I needed and placed it on hold. When my father went to pick it up for me, they were very helpful as well. Positive experience from start to finish. Great customer service.

Since Hancock fabrics closed, this is the only place I can get what I need...but the prices are high so its only good if you have a coupon. My biggest complaint is the customer service here. The cashiers act like someone p***ed in their cheerios! Sometimes they wont even acknowledge any small talk with a person. Could also be that they are racist... dont know, but certainly "she" shouldnt be doing customer service!!!
