I rarely write reviews, but I had such an awful experience here with my invitations. I chose to use Paper Source over an online company because I wanted a custom design. I was told this would take 30-45 days! Still, I moved forward. The typesetters did not offer any ideas for fonts, design, etc. My project was also delayed about a week because my typesetter disappeared. When I received my invitations, the envelopes did not match the invites and the invites were not even the right color. I had to buy envelopes in the store and the sales associates did not offer any type of compensation for the delay or the mistake.
