Have had nothing but a great experience here and with the staff. We bought our kayaks here and they were incredibly helpful. They had me bring them information on other kayaks I was looking at so that they could help me decide if going with theirs was correct. In the end they came out to about the same price and we went with them because of all the help and the insight. They even helped us load the kayaks and showed us how to tie them down!

Maybe it is just the luck of the draw but the last 5 items I have purchased have barely held up to lower to average usage. Given the cost it of some of the items I purchased it is really quite frustrating. In expressing this at work I realized that I was not alone and several people stated they no longer buy from them because of this... This may have been a great place to shop at one time... but now it is just crap!

This store is small time compared to the flagship in Freeport. Because of the small footprint, selection is limited. However, having the store locally means you can select ship to store on almost anything on the Bean site. It also makes returns easier. All in all, it gives us east-coasters a taste of home and an alternative to REI.

I had such a wonderful experience yesterday at ll bean at Park Meadows! I went in to switch out a size of 2 shirts I bought on line! All 4 staff I encountered Were so pleasant and fun. Very helpful when ask for there opinion. The exchange was seemless? Love that and loved the store? Thanks Anne

Ive bought two pairs from L.L. Bean and will never buy shoes/boots from anyone else. Theyre durable, comfortable, warm, and reasonably priced. I love the handmade boots so much that I go to them for all my winter gear.
