We were there a few weeks ago. Purchased a mouthpiece for our son. In two weeks time the thing fell apart. It came with a lifetime warranty. When we went back they refused to honor warranty ( on a less then $ 10 item ) They said due to excessive wear. The thing was used twice and not even two weeks old. So bad humbug over $ 10 . Lost our interest in shopping there ever again. Manager who "de authorized our return never made it on the floor to talk to us personally . Kind of Chicken.

The shop is relatively close by, but often I forget theyre tucked into the shopping center. To be fair, Im not a cheerful shopper so I talk with the staff as little as possible; Im generally self sufficient. On the several occasions that Ive shopped here my experiences have been uneventful but pleasant. Im sure Ill be there again soon.

The staff was not very knowledgeable in a lot of the product they had or didnt have, and when asked the sales lady didnt even try to show us where the volleyball shorts whrre5. Just pointed, and said somewhere in that area. Just lazy and rude. Will not be going back there.

I got an email coupon for several items. I only wanted one item. First store was out of stock--I went to another store 15 miles away--they were out of stock too. Spent a lot of time and gas --total waste--I wont fall for this again

Great place for the family camping trip or really any type of outdoor activities for the family. Not a big selection on hunting gear that real hunters would use. Other than that a good family store.

The young man Brandon in the shoe department was awesome he was very helpful and very customer service oriented and the manager there Ryan was also very helpful I love this store .

Not much variety of items like most big box stores, but they try to carry as much as possible for the amount of space they have. Good customer service is always nice also.
