This is now the second time that I have been overcharged at this location. I waited over two hours to acquire a return shipping label that never appeared. My card was overcharged six times and the store computer continuously crashed throughout my transactions. My lack of providing a return shipping label for my shipment has caused me to leave a bad first impression with an art gallery in New York that I was very happy and fortunate to be a part of for an upcoming exhibition. Artist or not, do NOT waste your time or money with FedEx. UPS or USPS will leave you less frustrated and with better customer service.

A Private User

All I wanted to do was print on a laser compatible transparency with a laser printer. One of the girls here was trying to tell me it was not possible. She was completely wrong of course and I had to wait for "the only guy who knew what was going on" to grab my transparency and print on it like i asked. It took about 5 minutes of waiting and talking with the girl before she asked "the only guy who knew what was going on," if it was possible. But hey they get payed probably like 6 bucks an hour why would they care?

Severely understaffed location. The one person on duty was friendly, but expected to do too much alone for a downtown, 24-hour location. Printing two 24x36 pieces of paper took more than an hour without any adjustments! A couple other customers inside were loud, aggressive, and arguing in the store, but the single person on duty couldnt really address without holding up work even further. Go here if you must, but adjust your expectations for time.

The staff acted as if I was a bother, was very unhelpful, with the antithesis of a can-do attitude. They ultimately said they could not ship my package. So I drove down the road to the UPS Store and got exactly the opposite treatment. They shipped my goods in the existing packaging and with great customer service. Guess where my repeat business is going? The UPS Store!

of all the print places in Atlanta, this one has the best staff. They actually want to help you get your project done. that being said oftentimes the printers break or out of ink. this is not their fault but FedEx in general. if you have to go to a printing place here in Atlanta it can be hell, but this is the less of all the evils.

I stopped in this location last night about 15 minutes before closing time. The employee working seemed to really be in a hurry to close, and didnt really want to help me with scanning documents I needed beyond the printing that I came in for. I probably wont be going back to this location ever again.

I needed a last minute correction on a church program @ 3 am in the morning. The FedEx representative Israel was very helpful and knowledgeable, and made everything right. Everything was done at a good price and friendly service. Thank you Israel and FedEx Kinkos.

There is construction going on around that location so dont drive there unless you are prepared to park a few blocks further away and walk. The city is laying new tracks for a street car. The staff so far seems professional and eager to service.

Needed to print a Greyhound ticket from my phone with little time to spare. Clerk was friendly, professional and helpful. All this for a total cost of 16 cents!!!

This is a standard Fed Ex for the most part that provides a fair amount of print services considering the size and location of this store downtown.
