I wanted to ship a very expensive computer to a friend but they wanted me to leave my credit card info and just leave it there. I thought that was extremely fishy so I said, no, Im going to wait here until its finalized. Quoted $159+36 for packing, waited 2 hours, actual charges were $312 and $60+ for packing. I told them Id have to call my friend because he only gave me $250. I couldnt reach him so they said I could leave my info and wrap up the transaction tomorrow. I said okay and asked my friend who was with me to bring the PC back to the car, since I have injuries from my 6 years in military service and cant lift it myself. Well, it was so bulky that he needed help carrying it. So as were putting it in the car, both the blonde woman with star tattoos and the guy at the counter came out to the parking lot. The guy at the counter was the one who said we could come back tomorrow. The lady said we had to pay for packaging and I said, I have to get more money from my friend but I could pay the price we were quoted. Then she told the guy to grab the package which was already in my car. They literally tried to wrestle it out of my hands. They hurt my right should, arm, and wrist, and that whole side of my body already has nerve, muscle, and scar tissue problems. They scraped skin off my arm and then announced to the whole store that I was trying to steal my own computer and told her other employee to call the police. It was extremely embarrassing and I was just flabbergasted by the whole situation! She told my friend to wait outside because she felt "threatened" even though she was the one that initiated the assault on my property. All over a box and packing popcorn? Seriously? All she had to do was talk to me about it but she jumped to the improper conclusion. I called UPS headquarters and am awaiting their reply. The officer I spoke with said she figured the whole incident was more paperwork than something like this is really worth and that the lady had no right to press charges against us at all.

This location is Amazing! I am a regular customer of this location. I have used just about every service that they offer (Our mail, goes there, printing, notary, and etc.). The manager Chelsea is ALWAYS kind and accommodating as is her staff. The store is always busy but entering a location and being greeted by name and with a smile is a benefit. I go into the store knowing that my shipping is potentially going to be expensive (I am a procrastinator when mailing things) I always keep in mind that they are NOT USPS and I usually am pleased to find out its a little cheaper than I expected. I never leave the store disappointed even if something doesnt go as planned the staff tries to do the best of their ability to correct it and for that I am grateful. Customer service is excellent and in todays society its truly a pleasure to receive such great service consistently. Thank you all. I will continue to be a satisfied customer.

I have done business with this location for over 6 years and after occasionally using different locations due to geographical reasons or a customer-specific issue, I can say that I am grateful THIS location is the one my business uses most frequently day-to-day. The service is always fast and professional and in the event some issue or question must be "kicked up the chain" (I ship internationally and often have oversized or valuable shipments) the owner is always acessible and helpful. Most importantly, the packing is ALWAYS above standard...I often am complimented by my customers how well-packed their order is. I ship hundreds of items annually that require UPS or professional packing and the VERY FEW times I have ever had a concern the manager has easily resolved it or the owner contacted me directly....personal service like this is a RARITY these days.

Professionalism? The gross lack thereof!! The assistant manager has an attitude in desperate need of a serious adjustment. Rude doesnt even begin to cover it. Little patience and very unfriendly. Not the kind of representative any corporate image could use effectively. The UPS store has lost my business going forward. Its unfortunate, their packaging is very good but I cannot condone the treatment by their staff. UPS corporate and franchise over site should know about this.

I love this store... Im actually still sitting out front writing this review... Speedy service every single time! I was just literally in there 25 seconds(mailing out). The Best part is they are knowledgeable... As in I walk in without a clue and they always set me up with the best, fastest and most cost effective service. Chelsea is the best. The others are great too but Chelsea is my go to. Thanks for a great service every time guys... This customer appreciates it!

I came in for notary services. The store was full, about 5 people ahead of me with all sorts of needed services (packing, shipping, forms, applications). Chelsea was amazing! She is a fantastic multitasker! I was in and out of the store within 5 minutes and so were the other customers. She is amazing at what she does and her customer service skills should be mirrored by others. I will definitely come back to THIS store for future packing/shipping/notary services!

I use UPS stores all the time as I travel. I have a UPS mail box in league city and I love that crew. This UPS Store is the worse I have ever used. Their staff is very unprofessional. They make it obvious that they do not want to be there and that they do not want to help you. However, they will quickly refer you to another UPS location that can help.

This is a great place not just to mail stuff, but also for printing. We are a brand new office and on a very tight budget. Every penny counts. Tony and his team do a great professional job and it’s so affordable. The best thing is how quickly the printing jobs are completed. Really appreciate the quality and convenience.

Beware, the pricing for standard scanning and emailing services must be a joke! My wife got charged $3 for the first page and $1 for every page after that (which there were 60 total pages). Ive submitted a complaint to UPS. However if this ridiculousness isnt resolved, Ill be contacting the BBB.

This store is impeccable. I am extremely satisfied with the service and the staff who made sure that I received everything on time and all my documents were taken care of super fast. Even though the store was packed. I will most definitely be going back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
