Jeron and Sam are extremely rude and incompetant. This location shipped my package to the wrong location twice after I paid 35 dollars and some change to get it there in 2 days. I asked to speak to a store manager and they refused to get him on the phone. The issue is still ongoing. This store refuses to take ownership in the process. The morons here sent me down to the Franklin Rd store and those 2 ladies were very helpful (a 1st for FedEx in this fiasco). They told me that the guys there absolutely could have helped - apparently they just did not feel like it. Both lazy and stupid. Most of the folks at the main 1800# were just as rude and stupid as the 2 clowns at the store. To beat all theses were Christmas presents that they lost. Just lovely. I would have been better off using UPS or even USPS - and I will NEVER USE FED EX AGAIN - mainly due to HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Worst service. It doesnt matter how big the office is, if it is unable to meet the basic needs of the customer. I really hate this branch. I want a return prepaid shipping label. I do not know how to generate it on-line. I went to this branch for help. They asked me to visit the website and print it on-line. Dont expect the customer to know everything about your product. Ask the basic questions to understand the customer need. Ravi

Visited this location for re-order of invoice and numbering of the invoice, as this location did it 6 months ago for our business, the employee stated the invoice numbering is discontinued? I made sure he understood our need and he insist on what he said. I was in Duluth,Ga same day and that location did the order and stated I was given false information. FedEx if you care Windy Hill location needs TRAINING. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Ive literally been standing here for 30 minutes while the guy packs my item in a box. Not a single word of hey itll just be a few minutes or even given me a quote on what the price will be. When I go to a ups store, I drop off the item, pay, and off I go. I could have just packed this myself if I knew Id be standing here 30 minutes. Ill be going back to ups store after this experience.

The broken printer and long line to use isnt the reason Im leaving this review. I was refused service here because I wouldnt buy their envelope. The package was pre wrapped from the precious sender. The lady at the counter told me she was allowed to refuse the shipping service and was rude. If you value customer service drive the extra miles to another location.

Came here about 8pm on a Friday, and although Im not expecting great service at this time, I think waiting 40 minutes just to be helped is a bit long. One patron left joking that it was her bed time now. Normally a great place, just dont come here on Friday I guess.
