As soon as you walk in, you get a whiff of an awful smell. The smell lingered and it was awful; I was with two other people and they immediately got a headache from it. The help yesterday was not good at all. I proceeded to the help desk upon arrival and asked a gentleman some questions. He told me that I could do what I needed to do on their computers, and that they would be able to print on the invitations cards that they sell at the location. Now, that I get everything done, he tells me that unfortunately, he was advised by the manager that it could not be done. Then he stated that the cards that I had chosen to be printed could not be printed in their location, and that it would take 5-7 days to be delivered. It didnt specified that at all when we initiated entering the information, and advising that they could not print on the invitations they sell for it may mess up their printers. First, if you werent sure of how it worked, or not sure of how to do your job, you should had asked your supervisor, instead of telling me that what I needed could be done, and wasting 45 min of my time to tell me differently. Second, you should specify that you can do printing, and you really cant provide a full service. Third, as soon as your supervisor told you that her over heard him telling me incorrectly, you should had called me or approach me to tell me. Thanks for wasting my time. Went to Office Max and what I needed was done with no problems. Will not be going to them again. Never had a problem when it was Kinkos.

Wow. Do not use this facility for international shipments. Even though they have a large sign that claims they are capable, I was Shocked to see the Lack of assistance/knowledge by any employees in regards to shipping. After working with the representatives for an hour, I am finally told that they are able to ship my packages to Canada ( As I knew they were, because shipping to Canada does not require an export license) . At this point I am relieved that they are going to ship my packages! (4 packages weighing 130 lbs. total). I request that they give me a couple of different rates ( 2 day / priority) The lady at the register proceeds to use my Fedex account number and Charges me for Priority shipping, $2,0000. Yes $2,000 . Without my consent . I was shocked. She had the audacity to not even mention the shipping cost. ( This is an abnormally high shipping cost for this situation). This is worse than poor customer service, this was an extreme disregard / lack of respect. I will never use this location to ship again, and I strongly advise that you to do the same.

I went to this location to make some quick color copies for my daughters project. It was after I got off work and before dinner, so I did not want to spend a lot of time. After being directed by one associate that I could use my card at the printer to do my transaction, I had to go back to the desk after the machine said there was an error on both of my debit cards. Marcus came over to help me and had to reboot the system. That was taking a minute, so he took my order and completed it at the desk for me. A couple of the pics had to be manipulated to fit the size I needed and then he put the prints on a little heavier quality paper after advising that the color would bleed through on the regular. He was very helpful and efficient and I was very satisfied with my visit. Thank you Marcus!

Went there to ship an animal tooth to Australia. The woman who helped me initially was pleasant but couldnt find the correct category to ship it under. When she asked what I assumed was the manager (blonde older woman) she exclaimed "We dont ship body parts!" then walked away telling another employee "They want to ship body parts!". Its a sacred totem in some parts of the world and this was incredibly disrespectful. I went to a UPS office near my house and they were willing to ship it (after all it is not excluded from Australian customs). The buyer happily paid the $90 it cost to ship it and it was delivered within a week shipping it through UPS. Every time I go to this FedEX location I have a terrible experience but this was by far the worst.

WOW Award (What Outstanding Work) SUPER CEDED Expectations- I started visiting the center weekly on Sundays to print sunday school lessons for my small class. Dennis Pearson was one of the professional, helpful, cheery and super fasssssssst attendants at the counter. He provided most excellent service while multitasking. What I also appreciated was how he was also able to give the teacher a few quick lessons. They really empowered me to do my next printing and cutting work better and without assistance. I came back the next time, confident and got er done. Thank you FedEx for maintaining a great team of really kind and professional people who spell service with capitals- Customer Service in my community Kennesaw GA.

The older lady that deals with shipping needs to leave. I have gone there twice. She just acts like she hates her job. One feels as though you made a mistake by going to this location and that it is an inconvenience for her by using this their services. In both cases, the lady doesnt acknowledge the customers presence for a few minutes of them standing there, even if greeted. On top of that, I needed to tape a box and I had not scanned anything or began a transaction so I let another customer go ahead of me while I did this. The employee ignored this person and spoke over the customer to me ask me to give her the email bar code to scan. I know she heard me say that the other customer could go ahead of me.

You will get little to no help. I dont need someone to hold my hand and I know how to use a copier but when I went it to make copies on a transparency I asked for help. Wanted to make sure that I could use my transparencies and see if I could adjust the darkness of the copy. What I got was directions to the copy machine. Other than that I was offered no help. While I was making copies an elderly lady came in to use the copy machine and got the same help I did. She was left standing at the copier with a confused look until she pulled out her own phone to call someone for help. Its a cheap place to make copies and such but your on your own.

Extremely disappointed there are no teacher discounts, especially for the amount of items Ive printed in color and laminated over the course of this summer. The cost of printing and laminating everything REALLY adds up. They only offer student discounts. Besides that, the services provided are okay. Customer service lacks severely, simply because it seems like there arent enough people working. Both the self-printing and self-laminating stations are great to work with, and its easy to organize my things to do it myself. So overall, the only complaints I have are with customer service and the lack of teacher support.
