I am completely shocked while writing this review. I have used this company for business many times in the past with no issues. This was my first personal experience with them. I first met with Whittney to discuss invitations at the 502 print location in Lexington on 10-6-16. We picked out paper, sizes, colors and everything. On 10-19-16 I had still not heard anything from 502 about my pending order. I tried contacting Whittney through email that day. FIVE DAYS LATER I still had not received a response! On the morning of 10-24-16 I called the Lexington location to discuss what was going on. The employee who answered the phone informed me that Whittney was running errands and would be out all day and "had been very busy". I requested that she call me back the same day or I would need to hire another company. The entire day went by and NO RESPONSE FROM WHITTNEY. Her co-worker also did not seem to care, as he let the day go by as well and did not try to help his co-worker or the business. My job involves a high level of customer service. If I let an order sit for 20 days without at least contacting the customer youd better bet Id have a pissed off customer AND my ass would be fired!!!
