I used this place twice. The first time I was pleased. I spoke to a woman who was very friendly and helped me get what I needed and the flyers looked great. The last time I used them, each time I would speak to someone new. No one knew what was going on. Each person told me something different. I was under a time crunch and really needed to be assured my order would be completed that day. I then spoke to a grumpy old man. He was incredibly rude, When I asked if my order would be finished by the end of the day he said "probably" I asked "Probably or for sure" and he answered "should be". He appeared to be purposely trying to cause stress and to be vague. He was so incredibly unprofessional, rude and purposefully antagonistic. I will NEVER use this place again. Prices may be reasonable but the service is not worth a couple extra pennies.

They were extremely rude, and unprofessional. I asked about the time frame it would take to print 100 color copies and I could be right over. The guy said I cant say we wont be busy THEN so you may want to go somewhere else I asked if he was busy NOW and he repeated that in 5 mins he may be busy and recommended I go somewhere else. I was shocked and disappointed. Cheap copies = cheap service!
