I visited I C London at recommendation of a friend. Bra selection was limited to basic colors (black, beige, white) for my size (34 G/H), but I had a wonderful experience shopping with the staff. I purchased a bra & panty set in one of the European brands Im accustomed to wearing, but was disappointed to learn when I arrived home that it was available at other boutiques (in more unique colors) for about $100 less. I left the non-worn, still tagged bra & panty set in its bag w receipt, so I could return it after a business trip. When I returned from my business trip a few days later, I noticed I C Londons return policy at the bottom of the receipt: NO REFUNDS EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT ONLY MERCHANDISE CAN BE EXCHANGED WITH TAGS ATTACHED ALL EXCHANGES MUST BE DONE WITHIN 10 DAYS I was within the the 10 days so I could exchange the set, but I was disappointed that I C London does NOT allow returns. My real disappointment stems from the staff failing to share that policy with their new customer at the time of purchase. Needless to say, I wont be referring my friends here.

Bra shopping can be incredibly daunting, and deeply disappointing - I have a unique size and there is a fear going into a shop that all Ill find is one beige bra and the store attitude is that I should be grateful they have *anything* that fits me. I. C. London is not that store. They specialize in extended sizes - but more than that they are compassionate, super professional, and take pride in what they do. I left with three bras that are stunning, they are feminine and comfortable. I was advised on care and fit and she was mentioning to just call if I was looking for anything special, that they would keep my sizes on file and pull bras for me if I was on my way in. This is where I recommend any woman to go, the selection is lovely, the service is unbeatable, and Ill frequent any store where people care so much about the product they choose to sell and the people who purchase from them. Thanks I.C. London! Yall are lovely.

I cant say enough great things about this store and the sweet owner. I have such a unique bra size 34GG (and depending on the brand, sometimes a larger cup in a must). Each time I go in, the team members are so patient with me, hunting through a number of bras hoping they will fit. I know its exhausting, but I appreciate all of the help.
