HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!The woman at the front counter NEVER said if we needed to try anything on to go to the front and they would take you to a dressing room.The dressing room was open and my husband tried on a lingerie item and she was VERY RUDE saying we were supposed to go up front and tell her and that it was a "storage closet"(it was literally the door next to the dressing room and had a couple extra chairs in it not merchandise)then informed us we HAD TO purchase the merchandise for trying it on.Now we were going to buy it anyways but the woman NEVER said anything when we walked in, there is NO SIGNS stating such and she waited till after the fact cause wasnt paying ANY attention to us until AFTER THE FACT then was rude as can be and following us around like we were going to do something.smdh. I was literally at Hustler right next door right before and they had AMAZING Customer Service and I would rather pay the extra money!HORRIBLE!

Before you buy anything in the store. Adam & Eve, placed a note on the door and that they match advertised prices on one item per day. So, choose wisely on your pleasure purchase. Some products have one-year warranty so make sure you hold onto your receipt if your pleasure item is damaged. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff members. Come get your thrill on!
