This place is a solid ONE star. This past Saturday, I went with a couple of girlfriends and had what we thought was a very pleasant evening. They had plenty of stock for us to choose from and the staff (three working that evening) was friendly and very helpful. One employee in particular took items out of the display for us to turn on and explained the features. I was upsold from the item I was ready to purchase to something that I was explained to me (with my friends as witnesses) as having an addtional feature where the toy could be controlled from a phone app, even in another state - perfect for long distance couples. Although it was more expensive and I was hesitant, I agreed the extra feature was worth the extra money, as did my friend and the employee behind the counter. Upon getting home and learning that this particular item does NOT have that feature, but understanding that for sanitary reasons, adults items cannot be returned/exchanged, I called and spoke to the manager without ever even have removed the toy from the box. I was calm and polite, explained the situation, and was sure to tell her how great the customer service was that night. I made it clear that I dont believe I was intentionally deceived, but that I did receive wrong information and asked what we could do to work it out. I told her that Im flexible, and she could either take my word for the fact that the product hadnt been used, or I would happily exchange or return for a store credit. She was polite and told me she would look into the matter and call me back. When she did, she said she spoke to all working employees from that night and watched the security videos. She repeatedly blamed me with ridiculous and wildly unprofessional statements. She told me my friends werent "helping" but "distracting." She said it was clear that there were drinks beforehand (each of us had not finished ONE single drink each when we decided to come here, so there was NO chance we were inebriated and I take great offense to the accusation) and so it was probably my misunderstanding. When I explained to her that it possibly was a misunderstanding, I told her to listen to the audio of the conversation, if she had it. She told me that she did, which validates for me that there probably isnt audio, because if she had, she wouldve heard me say to the employee "that feature alone is worth the money." Even if I had misunderstood, he should have corrected me. Although I had NEVER complained about the employees or the service, she started telling me that she knows this employee very well and that hes devastated this is happening and he would never do such a thing. I reminded her that I never accused him of intentionally deceiving me or being malicious in any way but she continued to tell me how honest he is and that I need to take some responsibility. Unbelievable! I was never assigning blame, I simply called to see how the situation could be resolved. She told me that because they are sex toys, its MY responsibility as the customer to make sure I have the right one before I leave the store. Um, how can I check beyond your employee told me it was what I believed it to be? I cant start using it in the store.... She continued to argue even AFTER I tried to disengage the conversation saying "if the one that was $229 had that feature and was too expensive, how could you think one that was $140 would have the same feature?" Uh, how should I know? If I was an expert in the pricing of sex toys, obviously I wouldnt be here - turns out the same item is available online from multiple other retailers for $80. Prices are a ripoff and the management here is the worst management experience I have ever had. I intend to dispute the charge as well as leave honest reviews wherever possible.

Worst adult store I have ever been to. Every item in there was retail was 50%. I pointed it out to the clerk, even showed them the MSRP on the WeVibe site and she said she thats the internet, we are retail. LOL. I said thats the MSRP for retail, she just said oh well. What an idiot, she didnt get it. The problem is all these stores are used to 1000% mark-up in the adult toy business so all of them are overpriced compared to Adam and Eve or other online stores but this place is insane. Oh yea, when I mentioned Video Warehouse in Deerfield or Hustler in FT Laud, her comeback was, well they are there and we are here. Do not shop and get ripped off here.

Bought a movie from there, called them 15 minutes later to let them know they had the wrong movie in the box, and they told us too bad. We dont know if you switched it or not. We cant help you. Screw them for poor customer service. There are too many places in West Palm Beach to go to to have to deal with bait and switch. NEVER GO THERE! Who knows what else they use and re-wrap!

I was pleasantly surprised at the great selection of lingerie but, even more surprised at the amazing customer service they provided me. I described the type of lingerie I wanted and then had not 1 but 2 employees finding and bringing me suggestions. I will definitely go back to buy again. Thanks!
