Until yesterday (12/1/16), I had not shopped at an American Eagle Outfitters (AEO) store in many years. The reason being is because the closest AEO in my area, at my local mall, was closed down. I stumbled upon store #96 yesterday and that store is located at quite a distance from the city I live; however, the employees at this location were/are terrific enough in their customer service ability that I would not mind making that drive again. I believe the managers name whom I met is Erika. It was Erika as well as another associate named Claudia who assisted me and Francesca (the associate helping me with my transaction) at the register. Just wanted to say to you guys thank you so much for your assistance and that you were all genuinely awesome! For Francesca, I will say that you are the real MVP as I was only in store to have a look around because I left my cards at home. Instead, you changed my mind and I ended up getting the AEO VISA with you, you added the current promotional discounts, I got my new jeans, and now you and AEO have a returned customer! Thanks Francesca!
