Where do i start?? I was looking to make a very special night for my bf. Had alot of ideas and nowhere to start. First as soon as i came through the door the owner was very welcoming. I advised him of what i was looking for and he took me on a tour of the store stopping to pick up several items id asked about. Gave me some good ideas and even tips on how to use those items. The store was neat, organized and clean. The owner was very knowledgable and easy to talk to. I will definetly be returning to add to the special night i was able to create. The Reddoor is my new FAV!!!!

So i went into this establishment and i wanted to buy a swing and i had no idea what to look for or what to get. The staff was so helpful and they explained what i needed...I was so nervous coming in but by the time i left the store i felt like i took a class and i knew everything i needed to know...If anyone want to experiment this is the place to go...the staff is excellent and so willing to help explain every and anything...my money was well spent here!!!! I will be a reoccurring customer.

The staff is excellent: knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to assist and make recommendations. They carry a wide variety of products, and I was very pleased with the selection of toys. Their products cater to everyone from beginners to people looking to invest in high-quality, luxury toys. They also have a nice little section for kinksters and an inclusive book selection. Definitely recommend it!

After shopping at all the area adult stores in Charlotte my wife and I finally found the spot. Not only was the owner Joffe as polite and professional as possible but the product selection was perfect, you can tell these guys know what there doing. I would highly recommend The Reddoor N Tryon to everyone.

The store is actually smaller than the other two locations, but it has a unique boutique flavor, and has everything I was looking for. The sales associates are awesome too. I actually picked up some things that I had never seen before in Charlotte. Check out the Lelos ladies. You wont be disappointed!

Best adult store I have ever been to. The employees are friendly and cool and know their stuff, they have everything you can think of, toys, lingerie, movies, you name it. I will definitely return.

They carry nothing to fit a petite woman. I dont think thats right to cater to normal and plus sizes and not petite. I will never go back. I left feeling vary offended by how they treated me.
