My first visit to Hanes Mill Outlet was this afternoon and I was really impressed. All of the employees were super helpful without being pushy or overbearing. We came in with the intention of only getting a couple things but ended up finding a ton of stuff. The majority of it being Champion workout clothing. Leggings, plain tees, sports bras, etc. And the kicker being that all of it was buy 1 get 1 50% off. There is also a discount room in the back thats worth checking out. The fitting rooms are also spacious. In a lot of retail stores fitting rooms are often neglected and over cluttered. These were very much the opposite with plenty of hooks to hang your items or bag. Theyve got cute padded benches in the fitting room and additional seating outside as well. The ladies at the checkout were super friendly and helpful. They didnt mind that we did two separate transactions for their coupons either. Its worth singing up for their discount club as well. We had a 60% coupon that was good for two items and another for 30% off our entire purchase.

Had a great time here yesterday. They had exactly what I came for, and then in their sale room (back left), they were doing a super-sale for clearance. I got some warm, long-sleeve jogging shirts for $5 each. I wouldnt have known about it if the employee hadnt mentioned the sale room to me on my way to check out. She also helped me measure my waist, as Id recently lost weight and didnt know my new size. The prices can be a little high in the main room, but on this occasion, the selection was worth it. Id been looking at multiple online retailers and coming up short, so I was glad to finally find what I needed. The staff didnt go out of their way to be exceptionally friendly, but they did do their jobs and do them well. Ill return when I need something specific or to check that sale area.

First and probably the last time Ill shop here. Its difficult to capture the interaction in text, but the cashier was very rude when I asked her a question on her walk back to the register. That completely turned me off from moving forward with a purchase. I also noticed the Hanes Brand bras were more expensive in store compared to online. Ill buy via Amazon from the comfort of my own home instead.

Really like this store for prices and convenience,have had a couple of shirts that threading came loose on after only wearing them a couple of times and they said they couldnt do anything for me,all in all though great store

Very clean, neat, employees welcomed everyone as they came in but that was it, No one offered to help and the inventory was overwhelming.Nothing was in any type order . Very pricey...
