I visited the store on March 28th 2017 about 5 a.m. in the morning I bought a little bit over $400 worth of groceries I was overcharged for some items $50 about 50 to $60 when I came back in on the next day because I had been overcharged the manager told me that I was not overcharged I received all my items except one item that was $6.28 so I only received a refund for $6.28 when I was overcharged 60 this is ridiculous I spent $400 in your store and I was overcharged $60 and you dont want to refund me $60 when you got 400 out of me in the first place I would never shop at WinCo Foods ever again if I have to go further out of my way to get a better shopping experience I will do so but the WinCo Foods on Centerville and 635 will never get my business ever again

At one point I loved shopping here. Fresh food nice service and not Wal mart until. I bought some cheese her and it had glass in it. I chipped my tooth on some glass that was in the winco brand cheese and they refuse to take any kind of Responsibility for it. I took it back showed it to the manager they took the rest of the cheese and I never heard anything else from them. I didnt want to turn into a legal matter because I like the store however this has been going on since may Ive spoken with their insurance claim dept the store manager and the distribution center. So it looks like Ill see them in court If you choose to shop here dont buy the winco brand if you do make sure you check it thoroughly before eating or giving to your kids

Muy buenos precios en frutas, verduras, carnes, salchichoneria, etc. Aunque en productos de limpieza e higiene personal prefiero ir a Walmart, sin embargo aquí puedes salir con el carrito lleno de despensa por bajo costo. El lugar está muy surtido, variado, limpio, ordenado. Ampliamente recomiendo visitar éste lugar para el mandado.

Me encanta aquí, la fruta y verdura está muy fresca y a buen precio ademas gran variedad de granos,dulces,variedad de cafe ,especias molidas y enteras,comida para perro en fin muchas cosas me queda un poquito retirado pero vale la pena.

T the variety goes on and on and on and on they always have specials going for instance that a gallon of milk first gallon was $1 4 packs of hot dogs at $0.48 per anything five more with $0.68 18 oz of tortilla chips $0.48 anything over 6 was $0.68 so lots of lots of Bargains pickup things to mix and match vegetables always always as fresh as you can get them and it prices much less than other major grocery stores open 24 hours a day what more can I say thanks

I went to WinCo Foods, Garland, tonight to go grocery shopping. Prices were excellent as was the choices. BEST of all were the employees. Friendly and helpful. In fact, I have never been to a grocery store and gotten such awesome service. Lots of bulk food choices including Bobs Red Mill products. Prices were well below Walmart in many cases. WinCo is employee owned and rumor has it that the pay and benefits are excellent. Will definitely be going back.

Main complaint is the other customers, but given the area its not a surprise. Didnt go down any aisle that wasnt 3 deep with people abandoning their carts and standing shoulder to shoulder blocking everyone else. I finally got to self check out and, like everyone else, was waiting in line. Of course, a family of 7 cut me and took up the entire self check out area so nobody could pass them to leave or use a check out beyond them. Not returning.

I moved to Garland a month ago and a friend told me about this store. My husband and I went to check it out and we failed in love with it. The prices are great the service incredible, cleanness and atmosphere is great. From now on, this is my store. The more we go, the more we like it. If you havent make it yet, its time to start really saving on groceries and other items for your home. The best thing it is open 24/7

Caucasian maybe in her mid 70s Lady on register 16 at 4pm on August 9th, lied and said I couldnt use my debit as credit card, when Ive used it multiple times their at winco, insisted on me paying with cash, with a long line behind me. Also, insisted on me eating low calorie 1 pint ice cream, instead of the gallon of ice cream i was purchasing.... I am 8 months pregnant I will eat a gallon of ice cream if I want.

WinCo opened in Garland just a few months ago and it is now my favorite grocery store. I especially like the bulk foods isles where I stock up on dried fruits, nuts and granola that I use to create my own trail mix. Some of their other areas are a bit limited - in the hot sauce section they do not carry McIlhennys Tabasco Habanero Sauce, my favorite hot sauce - but they have good prices on most everything else.

Greetings, I really have enjoyed each time I have shopped @ the WinCo in Garland. Warmth when enter, clean, very doable prices along w/excellent customer service. I really like the fact a person DO NOT have to purchase a card to be a member. Thanks WinCo. If I could stand long periods of time I would enjoy working there. God Is Worthy. Ive been to this store many times since it opened, and I can honestly say Ive never had a bad experience! The staff is friendly and helpful regardless of the time of morning, noon, or night. The store is always well stocked, clean, and organized. Carla on the register this morning (4 a.m.) was kind and fun and had us laughing! Bonus point time: The bathrooms are always clean and nice-smelling!

I loved it. Will be returning! What makes me mad about these reviews is, the fact that the people that said they wont be returning have no specific good reason pertaining the store yaw are mad because rude customers, come on this is the real life there is rude customers every where. Thats no reason for you to stop coming to the store shoot hash it out with the rude customer.

I love WinCo. I love shopping here. I love that theyre open 24 hours, so were in no hurry to get shopping done. Tonight, however, changed my perspective a little. My wife and I both went to use the restrooms. Both were in disarray. She said two toilets in ladies room were overflowing and stopped up. Mens room just a mess. I expect this at Walmart, not WinCo.

The store is a "bulk" kind of store. Well organized. Great seafood selection, just ask. They carry some organic selection, but very limited. In the"buy in bulk"section they offer only one organic granola and I guess it sells very slow because lasts time I purchased some, it was stale :/ I hope don they add organic bulk pasa selection.

Went to winco today for the first time it was a great shopping experience! The employees were very nice, the prices were on point and although it seemed like a lot of people shopping we were able to get a full basket in and out in 30mins!! I bought $150 worth of groceries from winco that would have been at least $250 at walmart!!
