I have bought over 10 new cars between me and my wife over the years and have never thought I would ever go back to the dealership afterward since they all generally are sleazy liars. In the past week we had decided to buy a new car for my wife and we settled on a Dodge Charger. After finding several online and dealing with at least 5 dealerships over the phone and in person, I was about done with the whole experience. Everybody lies to you and thinks your stupid about car buying. Nobody thinks outside the box to get a deal and when the conversation gets too hard they give up and stop talking. Then I found a car in Beyer CJD today...at 3pm. This dealership is about 40 miles from my house. I called to see if the specific vehicle is available and spoke to Meredith. From the initial conversation Meredith was nothing but unbelievably pleasant and professional and gave me the details on the car and also the ePrice from online as a valid number and if I was interested to come on down. That was at 3pm. I got to the dealer at 6pm, they close at 7pm. I spoke to the manager, Ron Wood and salesman Rolando (I think). Within 30 minutes we had a test drive and settled on a price, done. Financing and prepping the car took about an hour, done. All together I was in the dealership for about 1:40 minutes....cant beat that if you had to. The only problem is they lost the 2nd key fob and need to find or cut a new one. Other than that it was a perfect experience. It honestly was the single best experience buying a car I have ever had in 32 years buying cars. All the others I spoke to could learn a lot from this dealership. I will drive 100 miles if need be to work with them again. Thanks to Meredith, Rolando and Ron for the best experience one could hope for in a car dealership. This is how it should be done.

Ive been driving Jeeps, exclusively, since 1996. As a woman shopping for a newer model, Im always reluctant to come into a showroom on my own, for fear of meeting the dreaded slimy salesman. The one who thinks because Im female, I dont know what Im talking about, what I want, cant make up my mind, etc. Sounds archaic, but this has been my most recent experience with my last home dealership (who shall be nameless but is on Rt. 10). Walking into your Beyer for the first time, I was nauseous, anticipating a gut wrenching experience, figuring Id be losing sleep that night, walking out with my head down in defeat after endless conversation. You had both changed that all around for me. From the moment I walked in, you were absolute gentlemen, who made me feel comfortable, in fact, respected. You didnt say anything or ask me any questions to make me nervous. Actually, you had let me know about incentive programs that were available to me - that I didnt even know about! You didnt have to do that, but you did! That speaks highly of your character. My discussion with the big mean Finance Manager was nothing like anything Id experienced in the past, dare I say it was pleasant and easy? It was, to my delight. While I didnt have to ask many questions, nor did we have to discuss too much about the vehicle I wanted to buy - the Grand Cherokee had me at hello, my experiences with Jeep learned me well, and I was glad to make the sale with you. I look forward to a long relationship with Beyer. Youre the kind of team that will keep me coming back, and keep me recommending you to my family, friends and colleagues. Simply because you all treated me like a human being. And for that, I thank you.

I have bought a decent amount of cars over the years, and I tell you...Beyer was actually a pleasure to do business with! I personally dont live that close to Beyer and I travelled over a 100 miles to work with them. I found the car I wanted in their inventory, called them to discuss, got Manny (super helpful and accommodating guy), started a high level conversation with my current car situation, told them were I was looking to be, and asked if that could work. Because I was not local, and I have a small child, Manny went above and beyond to be accommodating remotely. The other great thing about the exchange was that I never felt like I was dealing with a "salesman". Do they want to sell cars, yes, but I never felt like I was being forced to buy something I didnt want. Honestly, they never mentioned another car to me. They just figured out if it could work, and when it looked like it could, they made it work! Manny was great the whole way through to close and even afterwards when I needed an option they promised but didnt have at the time. I also cant forget to mention the manager Renny. He too was extremely honest and accommodating through the process. Renny actually delivered that option direct to my house himself. Remember, I dont live close. In short, if you like dealing with straight forward people, who take the time to understand what you are looking for, go that extra mile for you, and arent trying to move a car off the lot to whoever....go to Beyer! You wont leave with that feeling of regret! Ask for Manny...good dude!

My experience at Beyer Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was nothing less than exceptional. I shopped and called around for a new car at a few other Jeep dealerships in the northern NJ area and left or hung up completely disappointed. Time and time again I would call about an "online price" and was told I dont qualify for all or half the dealer discounts/ rebates or those discounts were no longer available and the car was actually more than the price I was seeing online. I was particularly dissatisfied at a dealership for increasing the price of a used car by $2,000 from the online price once I was at the facility, and offering me about $1,500-$2,000 less than my trade in was worth. Then, I came across a car on Beyers website. When I inquired about the car the salesperson actually informed me that the price was just lowered that day and they were selling the car for even less than the online price I was seeing and calling to confirm. I have never exceperienced such kind and honest employees at a car dealership. From start to finish it was an absolutely exceptional experience purchasing and trading in a car at Beyer Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. They provided me with exactly what I asked for and made the process of buying a new car hassle free, fast, and easy. If I can help it I wouldnt buy a car from any other dealership in the future. Ive already recommended this dealership to friends and family and highly suggest going to Beyer Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram or Beyer Ford if youre in the market for a new car. The service at Beyer is unmatched.

I really wanted to write a great review, but I have to say so so at best. I bought a used Ram 2500 in Feb. I was actually able to negotiate a reasonable deal for a truck I wanted without too much hassle. Then the problems began. The truck was RAM certified and should have been up to date on service. The fuel filters had not been changed. It took me two weeks and having to crawl under the truck to convince them that there were two filters on the truck which should have been changed and to get them to agree to change them. They had no idea how many filters a standard RAM diesel has. I also had them install a backup camera as part of the deal. I wanted it to use the radio screen and was assured that would not be a problem. Guess what, they installed a new mirror which meant they had to hack in a microphone for the Bluetooth to replace the factory one in the old mirror. The work was terrible. For my trouble I was promised a $200 refund on the price of the camera. It took me two trips there and over a month to get this refund. The service department does not seem to be well run at all, and the customer service is iffy at best. They may be decent when youre trying to make a deal, but once you sign the papers, it appears they dont have much interest in taking care of anything in a timely manner, and the service department will outright argue with you even when they are proven wrong.
