Ive been buying my cars there since 1995, Excellent family own business. I always deal with Jessica she is always kind and respectful. She always have a smile on her face when she greets me when I come in the door, she always make you feel like you can get anything there in good quality, The whole family always treated me like I was part of their family. Any time someone ask me about where to get cars from I always tell them the North Plainfield lot and ask for Jessica she help you out shes good people and a wonderful person, not saying the other lots are not good but shes the one ive been dealing with for yrs. They always come back to me and tell me that they appreciate my advice of who to speak too,

This was the worst place I ever saw. The lady at the front desk Jessica or whatever her name is is so rude somebody needs to set her straight. And the other lady Tina is no better. I wished I never listened to my cousin about going there because it was a nightmare from day one. I purchased a 2008 mazda and I only have it for a month but it was having problems since day one they were always fixing it lying saying I was going crazy smh. I am so thankful I dont have that piece of crap car anymore. Plse people dont ever go there they are all so rude and the cars are so over priced and not even worth the headache. You will thank me later

My husband and I bought our truck at M & R Auto and not only was it one of the happiest days of my life (I was driving a very old beat up vehicle at the time that I was very grateful to get rid of) but it was also one of the smoothest, most pleasant experiences I ever had. Everyone that we spoke with at M & R was kind, helpful, and patient. They answered all of our questions and helped us find the perfect truck for our family. To this day, we havent had ONE problem with our truck since purchasing it over a year ago. I highly recommend M & R Auto and wish I could give it more stars!

My family and I have been getting cars from M&R since 1996 we have always received great Quality Cars. If any issues occurred it was always fixed in a timely matter without any hesitation. Besides the staff are fantastic almost like family ask to speak to Anthony #1 car salesman. Cant leave out there #1 office administration Jessica. She is always there to answer any questions and help you with any issues or concerns you may have.If anyone ever asks me where could they go to get a good quality car I always recommend MNR .. Jessica, Tina and Anthony do the best they can with what they have. They make sure everything is explained in detail before you sign anything, if anything goes wrong with the vehicle they will try their best to get it fixed in a very economical way. They deal with a very diverse group of individuals so clear communication is important. I have bought cars from them for 15 years and have never had a major problem. I would recommend them to the educated consumer, make sure you know what you want and ask them if they can fulfill your wishes.

Great place to buy a used car! Jessica is the best! Shes the reason I purchased a car from this location in the first place. She made me feel like they actually care about me as a person, and not just my cash flow. She called to make sure I was ok when my payment was late, and showed sincere concern when I told her my grandfather passed away and I was stuck with the bill. save your money. These people are crooks. They sold me and my friend flood cars. They say they fix the work but when I took it to my mechanic he said the same things were wrong. Car didnt even make it a year. Bad gasket and I found mold in the dash. Me and a friend of mine are working on a lawsuit. I suggest everyone that buys from them research the lemon law. Make them pay something back.
