Feb 2007 > Compre un auto ahi hace como 4 años. En realidad no soy de hacer muchas recomendaciones pero Sulma se la gana. Ella es muy profesional y el carro ha salido excelente. Puede que mi proximo carro sea de agencia pero antes de eso voy a visitar a Sulma por si tiene algo interesante. La unica estrella que le quite es por un par de perros espantosos que el dueño tiene viviendo en la oficina. Jun 2012> Hace un par de semanas volvi a visitar a Sulma para ver que tenian pero el lugar ha cambiado y su practica de negocios ha empeorao notoriamente. Cuando di el deposito para un carro y el macanico me aconsejo no comprarlo, Plainfield Auto Sales se quedo con $200 de mi deposito. Los carros asimismo son poco mas que de yunker. A couple weeks ago I stopped to see if they had a decent car. Most of them are lemons and after my mechanic advised me on not to buy a Saab there, these people kept $200 of my deposit and never returned it. Deal with these people = bad business for you. Stay away from these people.

I think this is a great place to buy a car! -My older brother brought a car from them that they werent even going to sale because it was junked in the back of the lot. They told him they wouldnt sale it because it was so bad and advised him against it. My brother gave them $500 so they just gave it to him and it lasted him a year with very little problems. -My older sister brought a 05 from them with 80,000 miles on it for 6,000 she has had the car for two year now with no problems at all. Its a beautiful car & every time shes goes to pay the bill every one including Dale is very nice. -So of course I brought my first car from here. An 01 with 140,000 miles on it for 3,500. Ive had my car for a year now and have no problems with it. Personally I am a horrible customer, I was late on my payments and Dale worked me. Im surprised they didnt take my car. --To finish up this long post lol this is a great place. I usually dont write google comments, but after I saw all the negatives I had to because this place really doesnt deserve it. Looking for a car and your in the area just try this place because they get new cars in all the time.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT BUY ANY CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!I bought a car for mu daughter last year. IT took for ever to get the title and on top of that he never told us that the car was totaled. I had to run the car-fax myself and that is how i found out. The car never past inspection and based on the sales contract they guarantee for the car to pass inspection or you get your money back. I wrote to the best business bureau but Dale never responded back to any of their letter, so they advice me to file a complaint with consumer affairs. I recently took the car to a mechanic and they said it would be $1200 to repair what needs to be in order for the car to pass inspection. My daughter went to Dale and he basically told her to call a lawyer...so i am filling a complain with the Attorney General for Lemon law.

Dale and Dale Jr were a pleasure to work with. Dales price on the car I purchased was on point. He was responsive to send photos and answer questions about the car I was interested in. Some reviews complain about the car they purchased being a lemon or having problems, thats not his fault if he sold it to you running. Do your homework, know what to buy and know what to look for in a used car. I did just that and Im very satisfied with my purchase. Ive owned my new used car for over a month without any issues at all. The only call Ive made back to Dale was to thank him.

Is there a one quarter of a single star? This place is the reason used car salesmen and their junk cars have the reputation they have of being schiesters and crooks. Even a halfhearted attempt to fix the accumulated list of defects, failed on a vehicle that was obviously subpar at point of sale. WARNING: DONT GO THERE!!!!! IF YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MERCHANT IN PLAINFIELD, THE TOWN WHERE YOU LIVE(?)...FORGET IT!!!!!!!! YOU WILL GET SCREWED!!!!!!!!!!! TAKE YOUR MONEY TO ANOTHER TOWN!!!!!!!!

Worst dealer ever! 2 weeks after driving off lot the transmission went bad and the owner took it to a repair shop that didnt know how to work on transmissions. They ended up putting a bad transmission in my car. I havent been able to drive my car since I bought it and that was 3 months ago but yet I still have to make payments on a car that I cant drive and the owner refuses to offer any resolution to this. He wont exchange car or anything! Avoid this car dealer by all means!!!!!

The car I bought from Dale was almost 3 years ago. The car was totaled before I received the plates. Dale and his son bought were great and professional. I have referred multiple people to his lot and theyve never complained about their cars. As far as I know they may still have it. I am know looking for another car and YES I will be purchasing it from Dale. People with any used car DO YOU RESEARCH!!!

Please avoid this dealership by all means if you are a first car buyer and desperate this place is still a terrible place to go they sell lemons (bad cars) and are only interested in your money dale was supposed to provide me with items for my car as i was still under warranty and i asked about it everyday and never got it just lame excuses about how it was coming smh I advise going to a real dealer.

This place is the worst car dealership Ive ever experienced. They sold me a year worth of problems. Ive spent double the amount I paid in repairs, smh. Dale is very rude and is only concerned with making the deal. This business should be investigated. Horrible experience...never again. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT THIS PLACE!!

Friend purchased a 2002 Civic EX from this dealer they played hardball regarding price but otherwise there were only 2-3 minor details we had get fixed one of which was broken read taillight. Ideal cars for commuter buyers IMO. Vast selection of makes & models.

Did my research got a great car from them. At first service was very good, but then the license plate process took wayyy longer than it should have. Kept getting the run around with no communication on their behalf. Took over a month to get plates.
