Two weeks ago my husband decided to buy me an early birthday present he was searching the internet for a late-model E350 Mercedes Benz when he came across a beautiful white one at Roman Chariot he called to find out if the vehicle still available and spoke with Carlos. Carlos asured him it was still available and told him to come in to take a look and take it for a test drive. That night my husband went to see Carlos and view the car, it was beautiful 2014 with low miles the inside was impeccable however the rims had some curb rash. The next day my husband picked up the car and brought it home for my birthday. I took it out for a test drive and noticed that the car was shaking and wasnt hugging the road properly. When we got home my husband inspected the tires further and realize that the front left tire needed to be replaced. I called Carlos the next morning and he immediately set up a time for me to bring the car to the mechanic and have them put a new tire on the car and fix a couple of other little things that were wrong. When I took the car to the mechanic he took it for a test drive and indicated that it needed new rotors, brake and of course the new tire. The Weekend past I brought the car in, everything was fixed and before I knew it drivers from Roman Chariot had the car back at my front door. That evening I took the car for another test drive and noticed that the car was still shaking at this point I was very upset . My husband purchase four new rims for the car, we had told Carlos that we did in fact buy the new rims. A while after speaking with him he called me back and offered to have the rims installed by their mechanics, so early Saturday morning we got up took the car to the mechanic to have the new tires mounted on the rims that we purchased we dropped them off, soon after leaving the shop we received a call from the owner indicating that he was unable to put the tires on the rims,he was afraid that he was going to scratch the rims and did not want to take that chance. So back to the mechanic we went to pick up the tires and rims. We spent about two hours searching the local area for someone who would guarantee that they would not scratch or mar these new rims for the car. We finally found a place they mounted the tires on the rims. Now the vehicle drives beautifully. The car also did not come with an owners manual or second key, they diligently work to find me the proper owners manual for my vehicle. I am still waiting for the second key that was promised. All in all they were fantastic. I plan on doing business with them again when my husband trades in his car for a new one. This dealership has beautiful vehicles the one peeve I have is that this car should have been checked out before it was sold. I felt like I went through unnecessary stress to bring this car up to par not to mention the added cost of new rims..

I have been driving on route 9 daily for years, and for years, I have driven past Roman Chariot Auto Sales. Quite some time ago, I remember saying to myself "Just look at that place. Who would ever buy a car from a place like that?" The lot looked dirty and worn down with the inventory to match. I never considered purchasing a car from them until about two weeks ago when a close friend of mine suggested that I should give them another chance. I did some research and found a 2014 Audi A4 listed for under $22,000. I know what youre thinking. It must have 100,000 miles on it, right? WRONG. The odometer reading was 27,602. Since this was the first dealer that I searched, I tried to see if similar deals existed, and the closest one that I could find was for an OLDER model year with MORE mileage and price tag of $29,000. At that moment, Roman Chariot had finally captured my attention. I went to visit the dealership and it was nothing like I had remembered. The lot was filled with newer, quality, luxury cars and they all were in beautiful condition. I was greeted by a gentleman named Julio. He was very welcoming and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and really made me feel at home. At the end of the day, I closed on the car I wanted, at a price that I was comfortable with. There was no dance or drama, and I left in a new car feeling genuinely happy. I never thought that I would be saying this, but I highly recommend Roman Chariot Auto Sales. I will definitely be returning for my next car!

I just want to share a what a wonderful and great experience I had 3 weeks ago at Roman Chariot Auto Sales. I travelled 125 miles one way from Connecticut and purchased my new 2015 Mercedes C350 4Matic 2 door coupe. I was contacted and had an appointment set up prior. I was greeted and welcomed by my salesman Carlos. The Mercedes was parked at the entrance all clean and shinny. Carlos was AMAZING! He was extremely helpful and polite. Taking time to explain the Mercedes as I sat in the car and checked everything out in AWE! I also was curious to look at a couple other vehicles and Carlos assisted in answering questions and showing me them as well. It was of course the Polar white Mercedes C350 that I had made the trip to see, so we went out on a test drive. I was in heaven as this car had POWER! After the test drive we sat down and discussed numbers. The selling price was below other C350s I had looked at so there really was no need to negotiate. I decided to go ahead and purchase this polar white with chocolate espresso interior is just absolutely beautiful and truly spectacular! I can not be any happier! Jose the finance manger, came in on his day off to process my purchase. He had me approved and out the door driving back to Connecticut with 2 hours! I came here looking for a specific car with a certain amount of miles on it in good condition. Jose and Carlos were amazing and helped me throughout the whole process since this was my first time purchasing a car from any dealer. They stuck by me step by step and gave me an amazing deal. On top of that, they got me a rate that I never thought I could get as a newbie with buying/financing cars. The whole process took a while, but they let me know what they were doing and why the whole time. They even let me have a slice of pizza during their lunch ( and I LOVE pizza!). I couldnt be happier to have purchased my car from Roman Chariot. Being it was my first time working with a car dealer, they made the whole process easier than I expected. I left with a car in amazing condition in the exact color, make, model and miles that I wanted and I didnt feel like I got ripped off. Carlos even followed up with me a few times through phone and email and answered any other questions I had regarding the whole process of getting my car registered and the license plates.
