Great variety of produce at low prices! The fish looks much fresher, well-stocked, and greater variety than traditional American supermarkets. The frozen food section has a fantastic variety of prepared international foods - Indian, Middle Eastern, Asian - I even found naan bread. The dry foods includes a big selection of Indian spices at low prices and a variety of brands of ghee. There is an aisle of Latin America foods but not as well stocked as the other ethnic food. The restroom was surprisingly clean and had several stalls. There is a small restaurant area that seems to be a combination of 4 different stores sharing a dining area. Korean and Japanese food is sold here. The portions are big and the prices are reasonable. The staff was helpful to give me suggestions for ordering since the foods are very traditional and I did not know what some dishes were. There are signs overheard showing pictures of the menu items and describing what is in them. I brought my 3 preschoolers here and they greatly enjoyed eating here and afterwards looking at the frozen fish displayed in the fish department.

Worst customer service... We got a rice bag and big onion bag and many vegetables. our cart was full and we kept the items under the cart due to their size. Even told cashier about the items and asked her to bill... she added the rice but missed the onions.. after we paid the bill we walked out without reviewing the bill. The store guy came running towards us and started looking at our bill as if we stole the items which was very insulting! The bill was more than $150, why would someone cheat? Your store person missed it, the customer rep started talking to another person in Spanish and we didnt understand a thing. But we imagined that he was telling something about us!! Gave back the bag and walked out from there. Never going back, Lotte you lost a regular customer forever!!

so the food court 회덥밥 raised their price to 10.95. was 9.95. their reason is that they changed their veggie and they are giving more fish. does it look like more fish in my picture??!?!? in fact there is less amount of fish and have changed their veggies to something cheaper and that has more volume as if you are getting a better deal. never eating at this spot and guess what. you have lost a customer and will be losing more. I DO NOT Recommend getting food from them. instead goto the Korean Chinese food spot few steps away. at least they dont try to cheat and lie to your face. plus.

This is an almost brand new Lotte Plaza. Its well lit and still very clean. There is a wonderful fresh produce section that is very large with a wide variety of domestic and foreign grown fruits and vegetables that do change seasonally. Like many other Korean markets there is a great seafood section and a somewhat smaller or more divided meats sections when compared to some american chains. This Lotte does devote most of its shelf space to Asian brands (not strictly Korean) and a few shelves for domestic brands the layout is fairly consistent with other Korean markets.

i went in to get groceries and it was freezing inside. terrible experience. how is it possible that s huge store they couldnt keep that heater on. i felt bad for the cashiers because they were shivering and even one of them told me that she hated that they couldnt even turn on the heater. i went to costumer service and the lady had horrible service she only raised her shoulder. Dont ever shop here. they are really rude and treat their employees horrible

Lotte is a great option if you plan on making some South Asian cuisine. Or if you are in the mood for some great Korean food, the food court in Lotte is well-known to be very good. There is a great variety of produce and meats that you cant find in typical American-style supermarkets that are well-priced at Lotte. The staff is very helpful, and there are plenty of samples being cooked an available for your tasting.

Best place around for fresh vegetables, particularly the prices. Meats are high quality and you can find all kinds of interesting foods you wont easily find elsewhere. The food court is great, too. The parking lot is terrible, however, and new popular crop seasonal displays crowd the already crowded entrance and produce areas. It can be difficult to navigate easily with the crowds and displays/sample tables.

Good selection of Korean grocery items. Fresh vegetables, meat and fish. Ive always gotten the thinly sliced meat (beef and pork) here rather than the competitor nearby due to quality control issues the other place has. Ive always found a lot of bone fragments in the sliced meat from the other mart. Overall, this is my go to place for Korean groceries. I also dig the food at the food court too.

Okay if you are in rush, but the global food in Manassas or Ashburn has better prices, specially on white cheese and black loosed tea. I use lots of them and when they add up you realize you overpaid, for example they sell a box of cardamom Ahmed tea for $11.99 but global food sells for $6.00, a can of white Bulgarian cheese $17.99 vs global foods selling the same thing for $11.00.

Love Lotte! They always have an awesome selection of fresh produce and meat. This is an asian/international supermarket. They also have restaurants inside the store which are decent(mostly korean). They have different types of kimchi. They also have sample stations. The only thing annoying with this place is parking. But store is clean and well stocked.

Diverse selection of fresh produce (although I wish they had more organic options). They also have lots of products that cater to a wide range of ethnicities, but especially Koreans. There are also restaurants which serve plenty of Korean favorites. I always have a pleasant shopping experience here and their prices are some of the best.

Great produce and spices for amazing prices. You cant go wrong here. Find specialty International items to add to your recipes. I come to this Lotte for weekly shopping. They run great sales (look for the yellow signs) and this store is less crowded and busy than the Chantilly Lotte. Highly recommended!

Really great prices for quality fresh produce and the shelves are always stocked. Dont come here to buy american products cause they will be more expensive, but for produce and Asian and Latino grocery items this is a great place. You can easily leave with a cart full of groceries for under $50.

Place is clean ..Sometimes the smell of fish overtakes the back of the store. I compared prices with global foods and h smart and I found produce are about the same but meats are in average 10 to 15 % higher. Same for canned goods and prepackaged items like seaweed and chips.

As a white twenty something, its easy to feel a little out of place here, especially if you need help from staff, but the produce is fresh and inexpensive, and they have so many amazing varieties that you cant find in "normal" grocery stores. The free samples are a must, too!

Awesome place to get your Asian food fix. Lots of choices and the quality of the produce is good. Great place to get Korean-style marinated meats as well as hard to find condiments. Definitely cleaner (and better smelling) than a lot of the other Asian markets in the area.

Smaller version of Lotte compared to the one in Chantilly and things are slightly expensive as well compared to Chantilly store. We live in Centerville but when we have to lots of grocery items we head to Chantilly due to pricing, for smaller purchases we go to this place.
