I want to say that i have been doing business with this shop for 11 years and have had no problems. The flowers are always fresh and beautiful. Marsha did the flowers for my husbands Memorial Service and they were beautiful and exactly what i ordered. The staff is very nice and helpful every time i call or go to the shop. Thank you to the employees for doing such a wonderful job, and especially to Marsha for my Husbands Flowers that were very special to my heart.

If I could give it NO STARS I would...horrible...just horrible experience...very unprofessional! The arrangement I paid 70.00 for was already wilting and seriously, one of the ugliest arrangements Ive ever seen...beware!!! Mildreds is right next door and a wonderful flower shop ran by CHRISTIANS! They told me they get several phone calls a week with complaints about Gibsonia flower shop. I know who will get my business and my families business from now on!

Placed an order for Valentines Day and it was delivered on time but was not the correct arrangement. I contacted them and was told they made a mistake and that they would send out another arrangement, my wife received them today but they still didnt look like the picture on the website. So needless to say I will not be using them again, two stars for trying to make it right but overall it was not a good experiance.

My Husband and I are not pleased at all. When we expressed our concern this company stated that they KNEW nothing was wrong with the flowers. Then the attitude I got when a replacement was sent was uncalled for. The replacement was not no better. Everyone who seen the flowers made comments on how they didnt look too good. VERY embarrassing and a waste of Money... we will not use this company again. PICS BELOW

These flowers were the most beautiful flowers I have ever received. They were fresh, cold, beautifully arranged & a lovely surprise from one of my friends. I have never had fresh cut flowers last as long as these & I just wanted to tell you thank you for making my birthday special with this arrangement

This place is horrible payed $34 for a corsage and it wasnt even right color and was so ugly was not what I was told I was getting . I ordered a navy blue and gold corsage and they gave it to my boyfriend and it was PURPLE!!??? I do not recommend this place they messed up my moms wedding flowers too.

Ordered flowers for Mothers Day through FTD. I ordered the "Sweet Devotion" bouquet of "Best" quality to the tune of seventy-five dollars. The ones delivered to my mother dont even reach the quality standards of the most basic fifty dollar "Good" bouquet. Sorely disappointed and embarrassed.
