Dull , I Just didnt feel the place , lack of character and costumer service, in this times either you wow your costumer or you are out of business, Your best bet is Grape and Granary in Akron 915 Home avenue in Akron, Maria The Owner takes you to a real experience in wine making , beer , cheese and My god an Italian charming lady , and this small place in the middle of Akron Ohio, when you leave that place you are going to feel like you are part of the family , she makes her own limonccelo , rum and her trade Mark wine. !! Going back to Regency well , you are better going to Giant Eagle at the Market District in Cuyahoga Falls as well , and buy Groceries while you drink a 9.99 glass of great house wine or a starbucks Latte . Its all about attitude , character , and make your costumers feel welcome. This place is not one of them.

Cute place, but the times I have been in here it seems the manager/owner does nothing but sit at the bar and drink. Hey, do whatever you want and get wasted at your place of business every night, but Ive witnessed her belittle/discipline the employees in front of customers. Not very professional if you ask me. Take them in the back to tell them what theyre doing wrong, not embarrass them in front of uncomfortable patrons. Ugh. Ill take my business to another wine bar where I am not supporting someones (assumed) drinking problem.

My experiences with Regency have been nothing but STELLAR ! The new owner prides herself in customer service, selection and the same Tradition that has kept Regency a cornerstone in the community for decades The owner goes out of her way to help her customers with their requests and special orders. In an era of impersonal shopping environs, Regency is the best place to make wine purchases. Two Thumbs Up for Regency !

A nice inviting intimate setting with good selection and a knowledgeable and friendly staff. The food selection is limited but very well done and just right for a wine bar. Happy hour wine tastings are a fun idea with good wines.
