All the guys in the aisles are great; very helpful and friendly. What I dont understand is why the women at the check out registers are not nice at all. Today was a typical experience for me. I bought 2 bottles of Veuve Clicquot Brut Champagne that was on sale. The man in the aisle was very nice and helpful, as they always are. There was only one bottle on the rack, so he got a case down and handed me my second bottle. He also suggested another champagne that he felt I would like, but there were none on the shelf. He started to get more from the back, but I said I would get it next time, as I go there regularly. When I got to the register, Chloey was helping the customer in front of me and the card reader was having trouble with the customers chip card. Chloey was not particularly nice, and did not apologize for the problem, even though it was the card readers fault, as the customer did insert his card properly. I handed her my coupon for the discount and she rang my purchase up. The bill was for the full amount, not the $4 off per bottle. She did not notice that, or was just ignoring it. I saw it on the bill and told her, so she corrected it. No "sorry" or "my mistake" or anything, almost like it was my fault. It has been my experience (and my wifes) that all the women on the registers are all similar, not very nice or friendly. I wonder if the management has a clue.

In all fairness this review is about the beer section only. This is the second time Ive been to a Total Wine, the other being in Fort Myers. It looks like they have a large selection, but its nothing special and everything had old bottled on dates, IF they havent been scratched off! No one asks if you need help or is particularly friendly. The Jai Alai on the shelf was over 3 months old, how does that happen? If youre looking for good beer go elsewhere.

I am SO glad there is a Total Wine & More here. Have only been in a few times now, but know I will be spending plenty of money inside these 4 walls. They have a GREAT selection of beer, including a lot of locals, and I am looking forward to trying some things I couldnt get in Arizona. Chances are I will be helping fund some salaries here. Cheers!

Well like the name says Total Wine & More pretty extensive wine collection and they do special ordering had wine tasting classes and they have all sorts of Liquors 2 and they have a knowledgeable staff friendly the place is usually pretty busy

My favorite spot to explore for new tasty brews! Cannot beat their selection, and for most items their price. Staff is knowledgeable without being pushy. Very friendly place to get some pointers when trying something new.
