This has to be one of the worst car buying experiences I have ever had in my life! The Sales / Management team of SD Auto Mart are so unprofessional and rude! Im of the opinion they forgot how to earn someone’s business, instead they make you feel like one has to earn their business. The car I purchased was nothing but a lemon!! They wouldn’t do anything to resolve the many issues this vehicle had. The quality of cars are very poor, selling cars over high book value, and nothing but junk in my opinion. I would encourage anyone to steer away from SD Auto Mart!!

After a year of on time payments i missed one payment they reposesed my car and told me it would only take the money for the missed payment to get my car back so when payday came i called to find out for sure i owed 200. Everyother week but it would take 1000.00 to get my car back but i owed a additional 2900. Due to interest and lot fees the car only sat there for 6 days on top of that they were charging 12995 for a car that blue booked out at 7500 they are crooks

Terrible people sold me a truck less then 100 miles on it wouldnt start and they towed it in and said the motor was blown sd lemon laws clearly state that is against the law and will be reported to bbb and the states attorney

We have automatic payments every month..this month they charged us short of what are normal payments are and called to clarify and whoever my wife spoke with should probably find something easier for a job like mcdonalds
