In 2010, after a long tour in Afghanistan, I decided to treat myself to a luxury watch. I settled on an Omega Seamaster and searched the internet thoroughly. I happened to be in LA visiting friends and I saw this merchants ad for a second hand Seamaster. I made a call and then came to see the watch. I was a bit worried buying a second hand watch from a seller that I didnt know but PJ told me that he stood behind his sales and would take care of me. I purchased the Omega and really enjoyed wearing it. About a week later, I looked at the watch with a lope and saw that there was a small chip in the sapphire crystal. I called PJ and he sent me a pre-paid shipping label and after a week, I received my watch back with a brand new crystal (and the old one to boot). About 9 months later, the power reserve dropped and it seemed that it wasnt functioning correctly. I gave PJ a call and he sent me another label. He sent it to his watchmaker and had it serviced and it was returned to me very quickly. As it was a 2nd hand watch, he had no way of knowing if and when it may fail but he stood behind his word and on two occasions, at his cost, and he made it right. I would not hesitate to buy from him again. it is rare, in this day, when a merchants word is worth anything. This business took good care of me and that means something. 6 years later, my watch still runs great and I always am glad I bought here.

I sold some gold here last weekend and had a good experience. PJ was very professional. He weighed and tested the gold in front of me and then paid in cash the same amount that he quoted to me over the phone. PJ gave me a price in grams that was higher than several other places. Be wary of anyone not pricing your gold in grams - if they quote in pennyweight - do the math. It takes 1.55 grams to equal 1 pennyweight. Before selling your gold, check each piece to verify that it is stamped 14 K, and weigh it. I had mine weighed on a certified scale before going in to sell it and PJs scale was exactly the same. This place is awesome! They are very helpful and courteous. I wasnt sure if some of my old jewelry was worth much but they were informative and took the time to get to know me and explain the difference in the metal, rocks, etc. also they taught me how to spit out the differences in the objects. They were very friendly and nice-and they gave a fair price trade in more than I expected for my old jewelry. They were also efficient and didnt take too much time. Thank you guys I will definitely return and work with them again in the future.

The most money for your GOLD! I had a great experience at this reputable jewelry store. I tried several places and received the best service & pay here.
