Traditional Jewelers WAS amazing when Marie Lavallee was the manager, now someone named Joe is the supposed manager but cant make any decisions and runs to his jeweler to tell him if he should charge for micro-pave diamonds that keep on falling out of my eternity wedding band and engagement ring. They claim that normal wear and tear was to blame for this reoccurring problem. I thought rings are purchased to last a lifetime and to be WORN! My husband purchased these rings from Traditional Jewelers because of their so called "quality", but that and true customer service are significantly lacking.

I had an excellent experience at Traditional Jewelers. The sales staff was very helpful and accommodating. I was thrilled to finally find the Batman I was looking for after visiting 7 shops in Japan and 2 locally. Milca was very helpful and patient as I was presented a last minute choice between the Batman and Hulk. Traditional Jewelers also threw in a couple of gifts that were perfectly matched to the purchase. I have to say that the store itself was much more pleasant and welcoming than any other Rolex Store I had visited. Thank you for a great experience.

first timer! i wasnt too hungry but i still wanted something in my tummy before going ice skating at Pershing Square! i ordered the tomato soup with crostini on the side which hit the spot! my friend ordered a side of hummus with crostini as well. both were delicious and filling! i want to come back and try other things on the menu :)

They are located in one of the most sought after areas in California and Joseph White is the best thing since diamonds!
