Found this jewelry store searching online and I was shocked to see that they had a solid 5-star rating on Yelp (from dozens of customers). I decided to visit last week and I met "the Sam" & his wife. You are not pressured into buying anything and Sam takes the time and effort to listen/understand your needs. I ended up making a purchase and when I returned to pick up my item, I was greeted by my first name (they remembered!). The turn-around time was also unlike anything Ive ever experienced from other jewelry stores. I usually try to include both "pros" and "cons" in my reviews, but no "cons" come to mind at this time. Overall, the PRODUCT and SERVICE were exceptional and Sam has gained another long-term customer.

Good people. Even if youve never purchased from them, you can still go in there and theyll clean your jewelry for you while you shop. Sam and his wife are very nice people.
