They had an amazing sale recently and I was able to purchase a pearl ring and pearl earrings on behalf of my father for my parents anniversary. I jumped at the opportunity to pick out and purchase jewelry for my mother since I will one day inherit her collection. =^) The staff was so friendly and helpful. They gave me my space as I looked around their beautiful showroom so I didnt feel as though I was being hovered over like Ive experienced at other jewelry stores which makes for a very awkward shopping experience. Their sale selection was so incredible that I was compelled to by myself a bobble. I stumbled upon a vintage gold and silver ring with 3 small diamonds. The grand total for all 3 pieces of stunning jewelry was only $183. I was shocked!! Im kicking myself that I didnt buy more!! I was informed that next year (2017) will be their 100th year anniversary and they will be getting new items in to celebrate. I cant wait to see what they will have coming in! I loved the shopping experience and the environment that was provided at Ballard and Ballard and I highly recommend their expertise to anyone looking for an exquisite piece.

My wife recently lost her engagement ring, lucky for us we had maintained the insurance policy on it. The insurance company told us the policy would cover the cost for a replacement and that they would email all the information to Ballard & Ballard. I called and made an appointment with Glenn Ballard who verified he did receive the info from our insurance. When we came in Saturday, my wife really wanted to upgrade the diamond and band. Glenn showed us many examples of bands, diamonds and was very patient with us. In the end we picked out a beautiful band with numerous diamonds encircling a much larger diamond than the original one which was lost. THE NEW RING IS A STUNNER! My wife and I are very happy with her new ring, but more importantly we are very happy with all the help and great advice Glenn and everyone at Ballard & Ballard has given us about our purchase. And that is what you really want, to feel comfortable about the purchase you are making, to know you have purchased the the most beautiful ring that fits within your budget.

Go see them!!!! You will not regret it. When you buy Jewelry at ballard you are buying protection, care and quality for the rest of your life! Free cleanings anytime, repairs done in a flash. I am so thankful I have found a jewler I can trust and feel at home with and YOU SHOULD TOO! 5 stars is not enough for Ballard and Ballard! Love them!!!!!! And I love my Jewels!!! Including watches! They even do engraving you will never be dissapointed I assure you!

Wow! Customer service and quality are not a thing of the past. I recently moved to the area and needed a jeweler to repair my diamond ring. After searching for about a week, speaking with others and calling Ballard & Ballard, I decided to go in. I was greeted with smiles from everyone. I spoke with Guy and he was not only knowledgeable, but also so friendly. He repaired my diamond ring on the spot and stone is firmly held in place by the repaired prongs. But thats not all. My diamond bracelet clasp was loose without hesitation, he offered to adjust the clasp for me too. I left the store with a restored faith that there are good and trustworthy businesses in operation and I am thankful I found a #great #jeweler in #Orange county. Thank you Guy.

After being married 25 years, I wanted a new setting for my wedding ring that was unique and special. I went to Ballard & Ballard when referred by a friend. When I arrived they greeted me warmly and directed me to the wedding section. The service was exceptional and I purchased a ring that is beautiful and very special signifying our marriage commitment. Every time I visit them they are quick to offer to clean my ring and I have the feeling that they are part of our family. One time I forgot and left my ring after having it cleaned at their store and they immediately called me. I never worried about my ring until I could go and pick it up. Nice folks, friendly without the pressure sales from last weeks hire you find elsewhere Comfortable to talk with about what you want, and you know you are talking with someone competent and experienced. You know that theses people will still be around next year and 10 years from now when you need help or something new I came in with an idea, and Guy worked with me to refine it into something really nice. He took the result and ordered a really great stone - that he set just right. The result is really great - a wonderful stone and chain the way I wanted it to look.

I am very impressed with the knowledge and expertise of Ballard & Ballard Jewelers. A family own business that was started by Glenn and Guy Ballards grandfather. Beautifully designed pieces, a comfortable feeling when you are in the store, and a staff that is attentive, but never over bearing. When shopping for fine jewelry those are the qualities I look for in a store first before making that important purchase decision. It is obvious that they are jewelers that can be trusted - they have been in business for a very long time and they take care of their customers.

After over ten years of doing business with this company, I am still amazed that they make every customer feel so important and cannot do enough to help. I have come in totally at a loss as to what to get on many occasions, and after careful and patient effort on their part I always come out looking like a hero to my loved ones when I deliver the gift. I went there to get a ring designed for myself as Ive heard theyre the best in quality. I dealt with Guy Ballard and we were able to design the perfect ring for myself including all my favorite stones. The inlay job was perfect and we were able to put my family crest on it too, which I didnt think was possible. I would definitely go back again and send friends looking for something unique. Ballard and Ballard is quality work that everyone should check out. I love my ring that was made especially for me.
