LIED TO OUR FACE - AND THEN DENIES, DENIES, DENIES...My future fiancé and I went to Main Place Mall in Anaheim, California to begin our engagement ring shopping. We worked with Zeinab Taher, who showed us some rings, and we thought we found one we may pull the trigger on. We asked her for the best pricing possible, and she told us she could get us better pricing if we "qualified" and bought it through the store credit card. We said "no thank you" as we were planning to purchase a home this year and didnt need a ding on our credit. She SWORE to us that it would only show on our Credit for 30 days. We only were looking to see what the best pricing was, we never wanted credit pulled - just did this because Zeinab guaranteed us it wouldt how up at all on our report after 30 days. Now 4 months later, it is still on there, my credit score is 40pts lower, and come to find out they actually opened a line of credit there without my permission. When I called to get the problem resolved - Zeinab lied over and over again, denying she ever said that. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! Do not buy from these people, they are not honest and then will actually call you, the customer, the LIAR! This is costing me a high interest rate on my house - take this serious people - these people are not honest individuals

Even with our not so great credit score, they financed us the same day with my fiancees best choice for her fitted ring size. We mingled with the Kevin Jewelers team discussing our special plans for our future wishes and was supported with their expert ideas and compliments to fit our needs. They are an excellent team to support a couples future hopes and dreams.

Not the top of the line jewelry store but when if you need something that is at a good deal and you understand gold and it cost more then just the value to make a nice jewelry piece. Anyways i do however enjoy coming in here. I wish to continue as well. thank you steve!

Old used refurbished jewelry that they sell at crazy high retail then chop price to make it look like you get deal.Some of it isnt even real diamond or gold. AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
