At noon on a Saturday, there are two registers open. There are probably 30 people waiting to check out. There is a woman standing near the entrance saying hello to everyone who walks in and doing nothing else. I would much rather have an extra person on the register so Im not in line for half an hour. I will be fine if no one says hello to me when I walk in. On the plus side, I did find a cute Dooney and Bourke bag Id been looking at that cost $150+ online for only $70 at Ross. So I guess the long time standing in line is a trade off.

Things are pretty disorganized in the store. It is pretty inexpensive, so merchandise being disorganized is somewhat expected. What really bothers me about this store is that all their shoes are loose (out of the boxes). To keep them together, Ross glues a loop inside the shoes. I havent been able to get them out. They also stick size and price tags inside the shoe. They are really hard to get out, especially if the foot bed is fabric (not leather).

Its always a huge scavenger hunt at these stores. This location is no different. Sometimes you hit the jackpot sometimes you leave empty handed. This location could use a few extra hands to help organize the place a little better. The last time i visited, i felt like i couldnt even walk down the isles due to there being so many clothes just on the floor.

This location is ALWAYS crowded since the area is popular with tourists. This store can be kind of messy as well, things disorganized and all over the place. You can often find pretty good items for great price, so of you dont mind standing in line for 30 minutes and searching through the disorganization, you will find some good deals.

When shopping in areas like this be prepared to wait in line and maybe get rude customer service. I try to not get offended I understand dealing with so much people in one day can be stressing. Other then that they have good deals
