Awful. A few weeks ago we went for back to school shopping and the woman in the back who handles changing rooms waited until my Mom and I moved out of earshot to yell at my 10 yr old sister and say that "she would never be anything because she didnt follow directions." This all happened because my younger sister wanted to try on two dresses in the back. We used to be loyal customers, but after a horrible expierence, we will never be back, especially where we are not wanted.

what has happened. This was one of my favourite stores out of 2 until today. The stock is very low with not much to entice me. It remains very tidy and organised. I moved recently and made the extra journey..so was very disapointed. Decided to go to my next favourite store and was not disapointed.

Usually a very busy store. It is clean, organized and well stocked. The staff are professional and friendly. Their candles and gourmet goods are usually excellent deals, and occasionally I can find Glutenetto gluten-free artisan Italian cookies there. #glutenfree

Pretty clean store, selection just sucks. I try to shop local but always find myself having to still drive into Orlando. NO BIG & TALL clothing what so EVER! The biggest you can sometimes find is a 2XL and they still hardly ever have that. Disappointing.

When I have time I stop by. Last time I found some great sales on American Eagle t-shirts for my son. I also like the section with handbags and jewlery, you can do some great finds for gifts etc.
