I havent even been to the store yet and I am already giving it a 5 star review. There are 2 wedding dresses that I am very interested in. When I emailed to make an appointment to try dresses on turned into a 40+ long email chain that consisted of The Dress Bridal Boutique doing everything they could to find these 2 dresses. I havent met any of them or even stepped foot in the store and they were already trying to help me find my dream wedding dress. They emailed countless stores, contacted the designer, and walked through their boutique looking for any similar dresses. We are getting close to finding these dresses and even though it may be a few more months, I am just so grateful that they did all of this for a person who hadnt even stepped foot in the store. I appreciate everything they have done for me! In this wedding world I feel like people can take advantage of brides but that is not the case for this Boutique. I know first hand how much they care. That is amazing customer service and I cant wait to meet all of these amazing ladies next month when I go in for my appointment!

This store was amazing! If you want wonderful customer service this is the place for you. No gimmicks, no lies, no high pressure sales and no insane mark ups. I found my dress at another bridal store in Columbus for over $1600. After calling around and price checking the whole state of Ohio this store had the best price. Then 2 days later the unexpected happened. We found out my fiance was going to be deployed in 45 days and would not make it to our November wedding. After talking with Sara, the owner, and explaining our situation she assured me I could get a dress, and not any dress "the dress". My sister and I drove over 2 hours to visit this shop and I walked out with my dress an hour later. Sara is friendly, fun, helpful, and knowledgeable. Her store is clean and easy to navigate through. She has a good variety of dresses and will help you pick "the one". This store was worth a two and a half hour drive!

I cannot say enough good words about this shop! They truly go out of their way to make your bridal experience special. The shop is so cute and decorated perfectly, the girls are all so sweet and bring you exactly what youre looking for, and a few curveballs that they know youd look great in but you would never have chosen! This was the first place I went shopping at and I tried on less than 10 gowns before finding the one. The bridal suites are spacious and so comfortable for friends and family. They even provided a champagne toast after saying yes to the dress. Their bridesmaid selection is huge and have plenty of veils, headpieces and accessories to choose from as well. Really the best one-stop shop for all things bridal! Strongly recommend!

I had an awesome experience at The Dress Bridal Boutique. I called ahead to try on a specific dress, and the owner had it ready for me to try on when I arrived. The store is clean and modern, the owner was friendly and not pushy (a HUGE plus for any bride thats been dress shopping), and the dress selection was perfect. I came to try on one and ended up trying on several I liked. The prices were also comperable to any other store Ive been to from $700 and up. I would recommend this shop to any bride that wants a personable, one on one dress shopping experience.

My daughter bought her wedding dress this year. We needed a dress on a limited budget. We scored the most beautiful dress we could have imagined! Upon saying "yes to the dress" we toasted our future bride with campaign and a hug! What a beautiful experience this was.
