I was recently at this store at 10pm. Prior to entering I saw that the door said that it was open until 10:30. At about 10:10, the employees dimmed the lights and made an announcement to bring all purchases to the cash register. My mom went to the back at this point with a few items she wanted to try on. The employee at the dressing room said that she believed they were closed to which my Mom replied that they are open until 10:30. I went back to help her and while she finished putting things back on the hangers I took an item that she wanted to purchase up to the front. When I went to the front, my Dad and boyfriend were already standing by the doors in the front. I had to usher by Dad over to pay for the items. The employee at the register told me that I needed to come up to purchase the items and I told her I had to wait for my Dad. Other employees were standing to the side talking about someone that was trying to go home early (at 10:30). When we got outside, I double checked the times on the door, which definitely said closing 10:30pm. I asked my boyfriend why he was standing at the front and he said that at 10:15 an employee said that he needed to come to the front of the store because they were closed. We were the last guests out of the store at 10:24. As a supervisor for a company known for guest service, I was appalled by this visit. Not only were the employees rude and more concerned with their own plans instead of guest service, pushing guests out of the door negatively effects business from a financial standpoint. Had we been allowed to stay longer, I feel certain that we would have purchased more than one item, and we almost didnt buy that item due to how we were treated. This is the first Ross that I have had a terrible experience with and strongly hope it will not happen again in the future.

I was excited to go into Ross for my first time since I love TJ Maxx so much. Not sure if it was just this location or if all of them are like this, but I will not be back. Only one person could fit through each aisle way. I felt like a tornado had just destroyed the whole place. They have extremely tall clothes racks which made the already small aisles feel even more conjested. When it was time to checkout, we waited in line forever because there was only one cashier open. A girl waved me over to the return and exchange line. This was nice because I assumed she was going to check me out. Guess I was wrong. The lady did not greet me, just continued to do her own thing for the next five minutes. After waiting, finally she checked me out. She was not friendly and rushed me out after I paid. I will stick to TJ Maxx, which is much more clean and has a friendlier staff.

Precios bajos y variedad de prendas y calzado. Si vas en busca de ropa, anda con tiempo ya que hay mucha variedad para buscar. Realmente se puede conseguir ropa de grandes marcas por unos cuantos dólares.

Ive been coming to this Ross ever since it opened so I know it can get busy and hectic, but today was horrible. Whoever decided to rearrange the womens clothing to be stacked racks must not be thinking about what customers will want. Its a huge disorganized mess that is almost impossible to navigate due to the very narrow aisles. Rethink your design or I just may never spend another minute in this store.

This was one of the better Rosss I have been in in quite some time. Most have the VAST openness of space and you look around wondering..."Where are the items?"..."Why all this emptiness?". Well, not here. They had plenty to choose from and this one was almost as good as the one in Vegas. Except the one in Vegas was way more disorganized. This one in Orlando was in order. Great job folks!

Horrible customer service, long wait time for checkout. Had group of 8 family members with over $60 purchases a piece, was told to switch lines for faster service ,then register closed in front of them and told to get in another line after have waited over 20 minutes. Left all items .

Im annoyed they no longer let you try on dress shirts, yes I know my neck and chest measurements by heart, but sizes and feel vary by designer. On top of that, this location is understaffed, has poorer selection and higher prices than other Rosses in central Florida.

Competitive prices. But WAY to much stuff in store. If you are a larger person you will have a tough time walking through the isles. Extremely busy store due to all the vacationers flock to the stores when in town.
