A few weeks ago I needed a cash loan. They offer this service at this store. So I decided to call and see what were the requirements. I called about 5Times. The first time the lady couldnt transfer me to the department or give me the direct#.So I Google the direct #. Call 3 more times. They would answer and hang up. So I decided to call one more time. At this point I was pist. I was able to speak with someone one. I told the girl that I called a few times and they kept hanging up on me. I just had a quick question. Instead of of helping she started talking smack. Thanx for the crapy service.

It was my favorite store I was making my groceries every week there but today it was a disaster the lady from meet department was giving me por feet whe I asked her from pork ribs and a big sour cream and she give me the small container but it wasnt the end when I got home my sour cream it was all over the plastic bag she didnt closed the lid from the container I was so upset when I got home and seen my sour cream in the plastic bag I won never go again to the store I will prefer pay more money but somewhere treat me with respect

Ive been coming here over ten years. At least 2 times a week great food. Especially their caldos. Their customer service at the food department is awful. This is not the first time. But today was the worst. The lady that makes the tacos is always in a bad mood. She burned my hand when she handed me tortillas in foil. I didnt notice she had a glove when she handed them to me. So I drop the foil. She didnt even apologize.

I love the fact its not small and the tortilla department makes everything fresh and they are quick to answer any questions about their products...but i strongly advise you not dine at the hot food spot inside...the people there have a really big attitude and will leave you waiting while they just act stupid and talk. I absolutely hate the rude ass workers in the hot food dining department

Love love love this northgate !!! Think about it the bags are free ! And they bag your groceries for you ! They pretty much spoil their customers. And I say if anyone complains about the service its becuase theyre being snotty customers ! Go to Compton northgate if youre looking for something to complain about but this northgate it Great !

If you like to see a lot of make-up and lazy people who give additudes this is the store for you! One in Norwalk is better and they earned a five star from me. Also to add this one is super filthy the milk cartons have what seems to be spoiled milk on the bottom and they throw away so much bread its depressing.

Great legit Mexican food. This is a great place to get food for a party or sometimes some work friends and I will split a family deal. Typically less than 45/person for tons of great Mexican food. TONS of salsas to choose from. Reserving a star since the food court can be a little confusing and hectic.

I love this store. I go every Sunday. But every time I do go, they never put the right price on the receipt. I bought a soda that was on special for $.89 when I payed and checked the receipt it said it was $1.50. They do that to more things as well. Very disappointed. Make sure to check your receipt

This store is the closest to any one will get to good authentic Mexican food . The restroom s are well maintained e 5th star is for when I see 5 or 6 shopping carts to accommodate 3 children customers like Sams club does for my children.

Overall good but can improve when I was in line to check out there was a 6 minute delay waiting for a sticker for a cake the person in front of me wanted to purchase. To avoid stopping the check out cakes should have a price.

I went to go order a cake there on Sunday for Thursday. Went to go pick it up in the afternoon and long story short, they didnt make it. You couldnt call me and tell me? Manager is the worst also and offered no help.
