Racist, rude, disrespectful, drama queen employees. I totally understand now why some of the ralphs stores are closing down, theyre employees are crappy and rude. Youre much better off going to Pavillions or Albertsons (close by). I was purchasing bottles of wine for a party and didnt realize that my identification was expired. I told the cashier to hold my bottles that I would go bring my sister in to purchase the bottles. Instead of holding them she put them into the go backs and it became a big ordeal to retrieve them while we were in a rush. Then she sent me a to a new cashier (who as even more ignorant). The next woman completely ignored me after I said that my sister will pay since she is the one who gave the ID, and still asked her boss about it as if we were doing something wrong. It shouldnt have been a big deal since my sister gave her ID and was fine with paying, and even the expression on the managers face was like he didnt understand what the big deal was. Wasted unnecessary time making something that was not unethical in to a big deal. Never dealt with such rude, disgusting people in whats supposed to be a customer service role. I cant wait until they get bought out so i can come in there and smile in their faces. Until then, I will never shop at this Ralph again.

Our neighborhood grocery stores, now only with competition from Sprouts. Still has the best variety and mostly the best prices (especially when you go at the right times). If I need something, I know they have it. They even have a FRESH SUSHI bar! Pros: - whatever you want, they most likely have. - when on sale, the best prices in the area, with the best quality food - ample parking Cons: - when not on sale, can be pricey. - -1 star for automated checkout... sorry, a personal thing. Give me a discount if I have to do the work myself! Tips: Dont know what to say. Its a great grocery store.

Excellent place to do your grocery shopping and pharmacy very convenience super clean great staff an excellent customer service thank you Sal manager of Ralphs supermarket and yes Redbox to rent DVDs and a great place to purchase sushi and indulge at the sushi bar now open. Also thank you Enzo for your excellent professional customer service. The whole staff at Ralphs always there to help you with a smile and answer your questions . I give the store recommended highly give it a 5 star.

Ralphs at this location has reasonable variety and good prices compared to Vons. Dedicated and recently-expanded lot makes parking easier than at Trader Joes. Usually well-stocked and a fast check out. They added self check-out too. Use Ralphs app for best prices and electronic coupons. Another Ralphs location on Foothill in East Pasadena is bigger with larger selection.

My favorite Ralphs by far, but its just not as good as other South Pas markets. My go-to market in the area is definitely Pavilions, just a couple miles away. In terms of Ralphs markets, you get a better class of customer service and a nice selection of fresh herbs, otherwise, expect the usual market staples.

Store very clean and price are low....But please fix the AC I was at check didnt know if to wait in line to pay or run as fast as I can to jump into my car and put on my AC..if this the way it will be all summer then Good by Ralphs Hello any other market with AC even Costco on a Saturday afternoon.

We often find ourselves preferring this northernmost Ralphs store among the three in our local area. Its because it is nicely stocked, noticeably less crowded, and cleaner then the others. The staff are remarkably friendly, and make us feel very welcome always ready to help should we need it.

Thanks for replacing my favorite grocers with self-service checkout lanes. Whats humorous about my recent experience is the grocer trying to have a conversation with me while I am scanning and bagging my own groceries. Talk about taking the service out of "customer service".

Good selection of products, however when were at the counter, cashier was waiting for me to pack our merchant which they should do that for all customers it took awhile to pack our groceries!!! So get ready to pack ur own merchandise lol!!! Bwahahaha

The only Ralphs in the So Pas area that I know of now and a huge one at that. Better than the one that use to be on Main st and with great service and usually no lines. Also have a great selection of different groceries I dont see at other stores.

Good Store with all in one house hold products. Not better than cost-co when it comes to buying things in bulk. Comparatively cheaper liquor than in liquor stores. They also have some good discounts for those who are members.

About the same as any other Ralphs, though in my opinion their bread/pastry area is bigger than others Ive been to. They have a fairly large selection of flowers and plants too. Very clean and orderly.

Very slow service at the western union desk but the staff was excellent had called for someone 3 times to come and the person that came saw me standing there. It took about 12-15 min to be assisted

This is a pretty nice Ralphs, nice parking lot and easy checkout with the self checkout terminals as well as a friendly staff member always monitoring those terminals.

Good deals on these back rack sales items. Customer service good, theyll fry your fish at no charge. For the frying, I mean. You still have to purchase the fish.

Staff are very helpful but bathroom was filthy, feces all over toilet, urinal had cigarettes in it, floor was filthy, dont blame the workers, blame manager,weak.

This Ralphs has a great produce selection. However the only gripe is that there are no self check out stands and they dont offer plastic bags anymore for free.

Its Ralphs and its a cheap. Surprisingly good choice and quality of fresh fruit and vegetables. Lots of parking space and staff are nice.
