My wife an l shopped at this store on 3/31/17 an was suprise to find a nice looking store One of the helpers asked if needed help he found a product to what we wanted but it wasnt what she wants and then he offered this product to try it out free of charge . That was great customer service . Kudos for this worker. He deserves a raise. I will shop there From now. The checker was extra friends and efficient an greeted my wife be name. Thats great customer service. Her neme was susan.

They dont have any Ralphs at Ralphs but they do have your everyday grocery needs. Its clean and usually theres more than 2 people working at cash registers so you wont age while waiting in line. Ateast not noticeably (unlike Vons).

Decent supermarket, nice inside, probably not the cheapest of there but prices are acceptable. Parking never seems to be a problem except when they have a Christmas tree lot.

Excellent customer service. But I think they can improve their salad selection in the deli department. Ive been to other Ralphs in Seal Beach and that one has a salad bar.

This Ralphs is awful because of a cashier named Virginia. Shes horrible and if you get there within 10 minutes of closing expect to be sent home without groceries.
