If you have a choice, I recommend shopping at another grocery store in the area, Ive been shopping here since the store opened. The store is well stocked and the clerks are usually friendly, but the store managers are usually worthless when it comes to customer service. Based on my latest experience with the store manager, I will no longer shop at this store again. Bought some meat products the Sunday evening before Christmas for Christmas dinner. Decided to get a head start and began some of the sides the morning of Christmas eve. When I opened the package the product was rancid, after only a few days. So I took it back that morning, and they were out of it. Talked to the butcher manager and he was no help. Talked to the store manager, and she asked me several times "when did you buy this?" She apparently thought I was lying about the date of purchase. She also kept telling me several times "meat is a perishable product!" As though Im a moron and didnt know this. She finally, reluctantly, asked a checkout clerk to refund my money. Its bad enough that Ralphs has poor quality control of their meat products and would sell me rancid meat, and then be completely out of it a few days later, but for the manager in charge to be this rude, to treat me like I was an idiot and almost come out and accuse me of lying, is a complete lack of customer service and is unacceptable. I now avoid Ralphs completely, and shop at Vons or Sprouts instead. They seem to at least know the meaning of customer service.

My experience with this store started very disappointing, but when I addressed it with their store manager, I was quickly won over by her level of professionalism, empathy and true care for her customers. When i made it back to the store on my next visit and Tom, who is one of the store managers right hand man blew me away with his kindness, courtesy and genuine concern. Im a loyal customer for life mainly because this store is so luxurious annow i know it is being managed by the finest team out there. Ralphs is lucky to have Tom and Teri. Thank you both.

I have recently been visiting the area while clearing my parents home in Rossmoor for resale. Each time I go in for boxes or groceries I am met with the utmost courtesy and kindness. Dave, in produce, stops each time I arrive to gather boxes for me when it is clear that he is more than busy keeping their beautiful produce department fully stocked and faced. I can see now why my mother was a regular customer.

1st time here. Stopped here on the way home from Carlsbad with a craving for Sushi and apple beer. I was delighted to find a large variety of freshly made sushi with the sushi chief right there making more. The store was very clean well organized everything looked very fresh. I do wish there was a side of wasabi available for purchase perhaps they hadnt made it yet. I like lots of wasabi.

The clerk over charged me for a $10.00 that I did not receive. Caught the mistake when I was unpacking my groceries and had to drive back to Ralphs. When shopping at Ralphs make sure you keep an eye out on the screen for added items. I like the store a lot but being over charged is not ok.

Very large, clean Ralphs with a wide selection of beer and wine. The deli staff are always really helpful and the produce section always looks fresh. There are four self checkouts too which can help cut down wait times in line.

Kendrick at the deli was so helpful and wonderful. I came right on time after 845 or 9pm for "managers discount" off roasted chicken(7.99, now 4.79) wings and sides (corn now 1.79)!

The store is clean, the people are friendly and helpful, and the neighborhood is safe. I would have given 5 stars if they had wi-fi. There is no cell phone reception in the store.

I detour past my nearby Vons to go to the Seal Beach Ralphs. I love the easy access to the Sushi bar and the bakery blueberry muffins are the best.
